HOW TO CONNECT ROYAL KLUDGE RK71. BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING? FN + P NOT WORKING?

I thought can use a USB dongle as in the image there's a slot for one. No manual included (online manual said connect Bluetooth by pressing FN+P instead should press & hold FN+Q/W/E/R/T). Note: turn off for wired mode n on for Bluetooth

FN + P did not work for me
tried holding FN + Q ( or W/E/R/T/Y as preferred ) until the single key lights up then tried to add a device in bluetooth settings in my pc and rk71 was listed there then selected it to add it up, windows automatically installed necessary drivers for a minute and voila! got it working :) notice while installing the drivers ( or adding the keyboard as a device ) if for some reason the single key light up turns off, then just do FN + Q ( or W/E/R/T/Y whatever key you chose earlier ) until it does the 'single key light up' again so than the connection procedure is completed fully

Tak pasti kalau bluetooth connection rosak ke apa, tapi dah lama tak connect kat laptop, so bila nak try connect.. bila hold fn + Q/W/E to takde blinking yang mcm lama tu. Just blinking kejap je.

i wanna ask something, why when i switch the on off button to on button, the wireless mode doesn't work, at the first the rgb is working about 2 sec and than its gone, when i press some keys the rgb will on again but just in 2 sec the rgb is gone and still cant connect to wireless mode, i already tried to press the fn+q, fn+p fn+spacebar button, but its still doesn't work (sorry for bad english)

hi, my bluetooth connection has no problems and is working well as intended, however i cant connect it through the USB cable, I've turnt off the on/off button, and the keyboard lighting is there (i assume its charging) but its not reacting to my clicks.

if connect by cable should change the switch to off. If still cannot try unpair/disconnect/forgot the keyboard on your bluetooth/connections settings and reconnect using cable first instead of bluetooth first
