I have been using RK87 for one 1year. Suddenly, it stopped working. The Keys are not responding and only the sidelights are lighted. After every 10 seconds, the LEDs on the Keyboard are glowing. Fn key is not functioning with any other key combination as mentioned in the comments here, even Fn + Space bar for reset. Please help. Thanks.
Im having trouble still with my keyboard. All of my keys work except for my escape key. Origonally I thought that maybe it was a switch problem, so I pull the switch out and replace it with one of the extra keys it came with. Whenever I visit the website, the site is screwed up, thing are out of order and I looks like someone jus tmoved everything around and streched all of the pictures out. If you could help me out that would be great.

You might've just switched out the double-functioned keys; change back by pressing Fn+left ctrl. Otherwise, reset by pressing down Fn+spacebar until the keyboard blinks - and remember you have to reconnect Bluetooth (hold down Fn+Q or Fn+w or Fn+e).
this works i guess but to fix the issue of keys with second functions not working just press fn + left ctrl to swap between the main function (e.g. y, u and i) and the second function (e.g. PrtSc, ScrLK, Pause)
fn + space will wrongly bind the window key with left alt key so.. i found a better reset u can do fn+a which will factory reset as well as it will fix the window key too
appearently nobody knows this but if you press fn+lctrl then you switch between numbers and the functiones (like pause/play and vol up and down). So if some keys dont work just try pressing ctrl and fn and that might fix it....

Hello, I have a rk61 non-rgb. When you press the windows key, it detects the alt key. When you press the alt key, it detects the windows key. How can I solve this problem?
You download the software and re route the windows to the windows key instead of the alt key. The video should explain it, or should I make an updated video?
I have a question, How do I use the TAB key? When I try to use it in game to view my score for example, and yes, I know I can change the key binds but in games that do not allow you to change your game controls, it's very frustrating when I try to use the TAB key on the RK61 keyboard and it not working. I was having issues with mine and I saw someone say to press down fn and space bar at the same time and hold and it will reset. That did not work for me so I did delete+fn+space bar and hold until keyboard starts flashing. After that it should work.

I have a problem with my keyboard caps lock and win lock light. When I turn on the uppercase the lock does not light up like a normal keyboard, instead, it goes out. I mean it blinks for a time then goes out afterwards. Same for the win lock key. This makes it impossible for me to tell if the uppercase function is on or not. Is this normal or what?

I don’t know if anybody will help but please do. My computer froze for like a solid minute then unfroze when it came back my keyboard everything messed up. Function keys work without pressing function or control. Clicking works like if I’m holding control. If I use scroll wheel without using ctrl it zoomed in and out on google. If I click something even without ctrl it opens a new tab on whatever I clicked on help please

Guys, you can only use the designated c-type cable the keyboard came with. Thats the issue i had. Any other c-type cable only just lights up the keyboard

I found a new fix, basically you wanna go to the back button while having it plugged in with the wire, turn it on from the back the lights and the keyboard should shut off then turn it off so it switches back to wired mode
My entire home row just doesn't work no matter what I do. Software doesn't even recognize my RK61 but somehow thinks my Keychron K6 is a "gaming product" and starts making that device tweak too, what a joke of a software. Resetting multiple times with FN+Space did nothing as well, at a loss as to what to do besides throw this thing in the fckn trash.
Nothing on mine was working, I switched the port on my pc to everywhere but when I unplugged the cord from the keyboard and plugged it back it it worked perfectly

Instead of doing this, you can just hold fn and space for a few seconds, then it'll blink blue and it'll get reset. Hope this works out for yall!

A "solution" might be holding Fn while you disconnect the keyboard. And then plugging it back in. That worked for me.

weird, mine was Fn lock. It didn't fix by restarting PC though, It want's to be plugged in cable. I mostly use bluetooth.

i have a question why does my ~ work on my keyboard it just goes straight to the esc
Bro tell me my fn key doesn’t work so how am I supposed to do fn plus space and fn plus anything can someone help me it’s pretty frustrating

When I try to use ? And / it highlights the sentence and bring me to the beginning of the sentence. And it’s registering as the up key, Please help me!!

guys, I have RK84 and suddenly esc, tab, caps and shift stop working. also rgb of those keys are not glowing. I have extra switches and changed them but nothing happened. also tried all the below advices... anyone has an idea?
When I plug yhe cable in the keyboard it doesn't turn the keyboard on but just an hour ago it was working just fine

i think its in mac mode change it to windows mode with FN+A / (FN+S is MAC mode)

Well I’m having a panic attack. My rk61 fn key is not working. And I can’t even log in to my computer because the password uses keys that are broken
I found a new fix, basically you wanna go to the back button while having it plugged in with the wire, turn it on from the back the lights and the keyboard should shut off then turn it off so it switches back to wired mode
does the software work for mac OS?
My entire home row just doesn't work no matter what I do. Software doesn't even recognize my RK61 but somehow thinks my Keychron K6 is a "gaming product" and starts making that device tweak too, what a joke of a software. Resetting multiple times with FN+Space did nothing as well, at a loss as to what to do besides throw this thing in the fckn trash.
does this work in rk100? coz there are times that when i type, some keys wont react right away and sometimes it double press
Nothing on mine was working, I switched the port on my pc to everywhere but when I unplugged the cord from the keyboard and plugged it back it it worked perfectly
