Really love your low light transitions - very cool to see the different dials, and lume vs the GS hour indices that really bling!
The perfect two watch collection 👌🏻
Some of the best watch reviews out there, this channel.
Thanks so much for that, it means a lot!
The SBDX041 is one of my Seiko grails ! the ever brilliant steel 62 mas case design with the blackish grey dial and colour matched date wheel is one hell of a combo and just hits the spot for me !
Oh man, what a beautiful two watch collection.
Love that Beams especially the matte black dial (wish the 093 size had this dial option). But just a nitpick, wish the date wheel were white, it would better balance the dial layout. Otherwise beautiful.
Love this review. Want the GS. It is gorgeous, special dial, movement, steel. I want it!!!!
That brings me to the jdm diver. Think it is the same watch as my sla043, only with polished sides, and a black dial. Not interested at that price. Think Seiko over priced this one a lot. I would rather spend on other unique watches.
Sbgx033. Thanks Mark for this one. Just got a sbga111 unworn, beyond stunning.
Take the JDM over GS! ☝️💯
Heavy hitters
I think the I prefer the SJE101 over the SBDX041.
I think the I prefer the SPB453 over the SJE101.
@@datboytalkinrungotellemSPB453 looks good but a little to plain. The SJE101 has a bit more pop to it.
I see the jdm version doesn't get ruined by the woeful X the rest of us get forced on us.
I wonder why that is.
There's no X on any of the Reissues, just the modern reimaginings
Hello and thanks for this video. As usual with this brand, the GS looks so good and have an amaizing movement. But I'm not sure the brand new GS worth their prices. Even if there is a Seiko/GS retailer in my area, perhaps is it better to buy a second hand one, don't you think?
They travel to Japan for service/repairs, resale values generally low. The Spring Drive is amazing.
I've recently come around more and more to the pre-owned market, there's a ton of value to be found, for sure.

My man you literally spit on the grand seiko at 2:48
Lets just say theyre both awesome, and leave it at that (nvm saw this video and that sbdx041 is insanely rare. I want to see an srq029 comparison to the speedy you just got...youre the only one that has actually understood the true beauty of it and made an in depth video [srq029]. I dont believe the speedmaster is as accurate as the chronograph on the panda. Maybe you could clip a few of the official Seiko vids that theyve done on the 8r48, in regards to the vertical clutchs, column wheel, heart shaped cam, three pointed hammer etc. You could seriously make an epic video that would explain how critical these things are as well as how special these things are when in your Seiko Chronograph! The case is a "little bit!" like the mm300 as far as design, polishing, but a mini version. Have you personally handled any other Seiko speedtimer? (Srq047/srq049). The lug to lug isn't there like it is on the panda. Its truly remarkable. I personally havent handled those speedtimers by Seiko, but i know it isnt the same at all like the panda 🐼 in a few ways, case design, lug to lug....people dont even know the badassery of the panda. Hey, also when is your next meetup? Im in san diego. Thank you 😊
Thanks and yes, that would definitely be a labor of love. Follow chronogroup_sd on Instagram for local meet information, they normally meet at least once a month on the second Thursday of the month. Would love to link up and talk watches in person.
@@AverageBros would be very cool 😎.
