I bought a MG GS 2016 2.0 turbo 4 years later, today with 70.000 kms no issues. Comes with Michelin Tires (perfect condition currently), Bosch electronics and Honeywell turbo. Next week I will get this MG HS Trophy edition (turbo is Garret!) and I am super happy. On the hand I also own a 2014 Jaguar XF with 68.000 kms, more expensive, beautiful and fast, but so far different problems with electronics, failing door locks and AC problems that are taking away the happiness of driving it, despite an impeccable service record....

They should consider the fact that
1: No one fasten seat belt in rear seats.
2: Most of the accidents occurs at the speed of 100 to 120km/h.
So testing crash and auto break system at the speed of 45, 50 or 60km/h is useless. You can only impress your customers by this but not the death.
Of course, this is bare marketing.

@@Ak-oz4oz Jab hadsa honay wala hota hai toh Insaan apna tawazun, apna control kho deta hai. Aise mein ya toh kabhi brake nahi lagti, ya kabhi accelerator mazeed press ho jata hai. Aur Most of the time aisa hota hai ke koi Doosri gaari aapko hit karti hai, Peeche se, ga agay se.
No need to consider 1st point. If ppl don't follow safety regulations for their own good, they deserve whatever bad happens to them during accident.

We just got our 2020 MG HS Excite a couple days ago and we love it, my family loves the new family car and it’s been reliable so far.
Pros:
- Luxury interior (literally no plastic)
- Looks amazing
- It is really fast
- Spacious and it’s very high of the ground
- Filled with literally every feature you could want
- 7 yr warranty & 7 yr roadside assist
Cons:
- Climate control is controlled through the screen (but it’s okay 👌)
- Sometimes fuel economy can be on the non-bright side but we’ve been running grocery shopping errands daily and etc and haven’t filled it up in a 7-9 days so pretty good.

Suppose i am ride in this car about 100km to 120km top speed on highway road.

All current models were designed and tested in the UK, China is just manufacturing them.
Immediately after buying mg from Uk the mg was like a trash could not get good crash test score. Now mg has been developed from chinese tech.

I'm afraid you are mistaken. All MG cars are re-badged Roewe models developed and manufactured in Shanghai. The only thing British about it is the location of its registered trademark. Might as well, since the last truly British MGs were sad parodies. Barring a few niche makers teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, the British car industry (i.e. design, engineering expertise, manufacturing, the supply chain) no longer exists. All of it has gone bankrupt, eroded from neglect, or been bought up by the Germans.
I have MG 1.5 T Trophy in late 2019 but then the gear box is getting trouble which cannot deliver power in a proper way, then finally need to change the whole gear box 😢

I am writing to convey my disappointment, dissatisfaction, and an immediate resolution to the issues we are facing from our car purchased just 3 months before. (MG HECTOR PLUS7 SHARP PRO DSL 6 MT)
As a customer I regret to say that so far we have not received any authentic response to our complaints , we fail to see the company not working as per the commitment towards its customers .
Due to the irresponsible and negligent behavior towards the customer we have lost our faith in the company.
We would request the company to help us with the required solution either amicably else we would be forced to approach consumer court for our rights .
Enclosed are the copies of the complaints with pictures for your reference.
Following are the complaints
1. Add blue tank noise sound.
2. Rust found inside such a new car.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for another week before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance.

Do they sell these cars after crash test??
Most of the time they take out all the vital fluids out of the car such as the gas, oil, coolant, brake fluid, everything, then they will take out what parts they can still use ( not damaged ), or want to recycle such as a catalytic converters and the battery, and they will usually scrap the car, usually by crushing it. Of course they usually take the engine and transmission out and if that is any good they may even use it again in another test car for a crash test.

Firstly, I've NEVER supported Chinese brands in motors due to them being churned out copying other well known brands with very poor build quality and lack of support. However, the MG brand seems to be turning more and more heads for their design and price point and looking that this particular model (MG hs) is very impressive.
