Robert Palner could sing under water and would sound great! He is truly talented. He doesnt need a sound board to enhance his voice. I miss him soooooo much!
His style of looking like a gentleman on stage breaks any presumption of rock music. It is excellent a music where he experimented with rhythms and synthesizers with his first songs, especially in jhony and mary, which for the time was avant-garde.
I Loved this :) Best find ever, I guess this is consider and archive. He had been a favorite of mine he did lots of terrific music. Hyperactive was a hit in my mind. Thank u so much for sharing this rare Gem🤗🥰
Boa noite amiga do meu Brasil, nunca imaginei encontrar um brasileiro de bom gosto aqui... 2024 acabando mas eu sempre volto para os loucos anos 80 e isso é divino...
I'm guessing this is 1986. No autotune! I had a suit similar to his for my senior pictures. His suit looks very 1980s although it is actually inspired by the 1940s.
It would be cool if all the musicians are women ( like in the music video). Also, would be cool if all his music videos have beautiful women as the musicians. It could have been his trademark!!
Patricia Wright where did YOU get that info?! He was a chain smoker and drank a lot of single malt. He’s no cokehead - that’s John and Andy Taylor from Power Station.
We all did lines in the early 80's! I was in college! What a great time had by all! After getting my Business Degree, I went on to real life. Not as much fun as the 70's and 80's!
As a former DJ in Canada in the club circuit, his songs packed thd dance floor. He was a class act and one of the best rockers of his time.

Damn, what a performer.
Dony Wynn is just so locked into this groove. When I think of this song it’s those big bam boom drums! 🔥🔥🔥
I'm tellin ya!!!
His best live performances of this song no doubt will have him on the drums
I have great memories of both of these songs when I was 16
Thank you Robert Palmer R.I.P.😞
great stage presence and voice
Best song of the 80s
Class act of a man.
The clear light of day is what i believe in. Really good to hear these songs.. SO true to life . Xo
Palmer loves heavy guitar and bass riffs.........must be his blues background
This is gold.
WOW! He is always right on time with his performances. And I have always loved him with
long hair,LOL.
Robert Palmer = CLASS
I love his hair
What a killer bass line. Saw him on tour in Hawaii mid to late 80's and he was incredible.
The good old days of MTV.
By one of the greatest bassists of all time: Bernard Edwards. Although he's not the one playing it here.
Happy Birthday Robert Palmer. R.I.P
Keep making great music wherever you are. Gone too soon like all the greats. ❤️

Thankyou ♥️🇬🇧🤘✊
So cool
Loved Bob then & now. Pity no one but the bass player (who is that guy?) remembered the choreography.
@@nurknanker6105 Did you know “Bob”?
Oooohlala
Poor Johnny must've been wondering who the new host was
Is this really live??? Fantastic version!
Frank Blair with the Spector

So good. Cigarette addiction is a terrible thing. What a waste.
Does anyone happen to know what year this was?
I happen to know the answer, it was Feb 10, 1986. Long story as to how I know that. Suffice to say I'm glad I could answer your query.
Lots of long 1980’s hair!
Bob's nose seems to be getting an awful lot of attention? ....... Bango on the Choff, go on Bob!!!
Johnny Carson was addicted to love....He must have loved this....Robert was enjoying that good L.A. COKE...Not good for your heart.
Gossip? give us facts
Got do a line to make a line
LOL! It's the late 70's, or early 80's. He just did some "Coke"! Watch a few of his video's? This pretty boy did a few "LINES" every once in a while.
Patricia Wright where did YOU get that info?! He was a chain smoker and drank a lot of single malt. He’s no cokehead - that’s John and Andy Taylor from Power Station.
Nonsense. He is very clear that his addiction is love.
