Protesting high property appraisals

Real estate property appraisals are going out this week and they're higher this year. If you choose to protest that new property appraisal value, one expert says to try to hire someone local and make sure that they're around the area and they know the real estate market.

With the inflation and tax increase, living is getting harder enough. For years, I am not seeing wage being increased, but everything getting more expensive. SMH.
