How do you arrange to move a house in 30 days plus find somewhere to move it? It is like a war zone, and they are refugees. A lot of them probably will end up in shelters like refugee camps if the shelters have room. Or else, they could be on the streets.

We lost 12K ended up bankrupt and nearly starved trying to keep both houses until we had to give up. Actually had the NERVE to tell me "I'm not going to come after you." Why was I not surprised, especially when I saw that it's happening in Tennessee? In 2009, my brother purchased a fairly new double wide home to use as a warehouse. The trailer was in a park in Smyrna Tennessee. From day 1, we heard the management pulled scams, and we should try to move the home asap . Sure enough, we saw evictions for highly questionable things monthly . We were told that the park owners changed the rules about decks and ours needed replaced even though the construction person said the deck was in great condition. After that expense, they said the construction guy wasn't prior approved, and the next thing my brother knew, his new deck was replaced by a person hired by the management, and my brother billed $8000. When he told them he wasn't paying it, they evicted him owing $130000 on the home. This situation isn't unique. It's standard operating procedure. They know you can't move the trailer, and you forfeit it to them when you can't.

either raise rents so much the home owners either move or give the park their homes. Then the parks rent the homes to the old owner at
a big profit. Another trick is to find a bunch of friviolus repairs that supposedly need to be done asap or move it out. The parks then say
they will take trailer for free if repairs not made. After stuck owner gives park the trailer the repair list vanishes and park rents the trailer.

Almost everything the United States government does is against constitutional statutes. So why don't you figure out who's really running things in Washington, D.C. ive dealt with it from both sides....the landowner probably has an issue with people not paying their rent or land fees and hes tired of dealing with it, also having to go through the court is very costly, then there are the damages. SO then you have the renter, that lives in a mobile home infamous for rusting out the axles and frames/walls adjusting after it has set for a while aand will also readjust during a move. hence why it will cost as much as $10k in some areas, mainly for the equipment replacement on the unit being moved. I recently had to have someone removed for nonpayment of rent, destruction of property, harassment, and threats. Me as the homeowner should not have to go through that as a honorable owner. you have to understand there is a squatter epidemic and alot of people will not pay their bills and expect to live for free anywhere they want and people are getting tired of it..,....the good people suffer while the criminals make it harder for everyone. no the individual here was the exception, but she is the victim now because of what the landowner has chosen to do but for his own reasons....greed is not always the reason....it might cost him too much to deal with and hes not doing it anymmore

Surely we all know by now that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional as well. What else is completely illegal and null and void that we DON'T know? Maybe they should all buy a piece of land together with extra lots and then they will own their own land and they can rent the others out at a higher price since they took the risk. Maybe they could find land that’s owner financed or maybe someone local or a local bank would do it for them. They could start a go fund me account for the down payment..I hope you’re able to help them find a way, it’s not right that our Seniors are being treated this way.

I wish people would understand that the only ones who can stop this nonsense is US! We have so much power behind us in the constitution and bill of rights, but do they even teach it in schools anymore? I wouldn't know because I home school my kids. They will learn it. But what good will it do if no one else does? Is there anyone left whose capable of getting past the first paragraph? Doubtful.

Depending what state your in you can't even move a mobile home if its so old. Thats why I sold mine after remodeling, and sold at a profit, and bought a fixer upper in WV to retire in.

Laws favor landlords? You mean the people who own the property? Well shouldn’t it? You can have rights but why should someone NOT have laws to protect themselves? That means both parties. Everyone tries to make landlords out to be the bad guys all the time. Why? Because people want something for nothing. This is very unfortunate, however, these people knew the deal when they signed the lease. The news always has a sob story. This is why it’s so important to make sure you yourself are covered in the event of something like this. People think things will stay the same, but when you rent, you need to be prepared because you have no say, you signed a lease, you are responsible for your own life.

I live in a fairly small town in Pennsylvania. There's a fairly nice mobile home park that was sold to a large investment corporation three years ago. Rent used to be $350 and the park paid for water. In just three short years it has gone up to over $700. Many owners have been trying to sell their homes because they can't afford that kind of lot rent. Unfortunately, nobody wants to purchase one in there because of the escalation in rent. Buyers are afraid there will be no end to the increases in the near future.

In Oregon they required a minimum notice for 90 days plus for people to move and they also have to help pay for the moving costs of the trailer. They don't care because they sell the land to major developers and make big bucks from the sale.

The new landowner pay the expenses of moving them out or buy them out if the trailer is too old to be moved and has to be demolished. This has been done in other states.
