This is an e-bike I'd love to own. I love the styling. Great review.

If you want a removable battery, check out the Model S. The Model S doesn't come with a basket by default but you can add that on if desired. The Model S has the battery housed in a back rack. If you want more battery capasity, the Model S can also put batteries in the basket like the Model Y and fully maxed out, you can get 200 miles of battery assist. Of course you'd be paying a small fortune for that capasity.

Can you feel the bumps on the road? Would I need a suspension seat?

I went to their site and found it super ridiculous that they overcharge you additional hundreds of dollars for different colors when customizing the bike. You can instead spray paint your electric bike for significantly less money. Apple doesn’t charge you more or less money for different color options on the iPad Pro and the iPhone Pro Max.

They don't just spray paint it. They prime it, then paint it, and then coat it with a protective coating... it is basically car quality paint job... something you really couldn't duplicate at home. They also make their own wood fenders and chain guards and coat them. If you don't want to pay extra for the custom colors (and you can get a zillion different combinations), you can pick from any combination of black, white and red. I went with the stock colors and didn't have to pay anything for the custom paint.
Question for you... can you find any other bike maker that even allows for color customization? I'm not aware of any but maybe some exist.
