Better Boneless Wings | Weber Kettle

  • Today I made some "boneless wings". I've never been a fan of that word and think we should banish any made with white meat!! :)
    These were easy to make. Just coated them, then cooked at about 450F for 20ish minutes! They're dark meat so you want them over 175, but as you'll see in the video, they're good and juicy even up to 190!
    Dry mix:
    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    Your favorite seasoning
    Wet mix:
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 eggs

      Ha, yeah.. these i'd call chicken fingers or chicken strips as well.

    Great video. They aren’t wings though. Chicken nugget is more appropriate
