I don't know another way to put it. I think lots of the things you say and the topics you address in your videos are wise and very very tricky to navigate for everyone, that is why I appreciate your perspectives that often champion rationality, understanding and kindness but most importantly it still seems like you're having conversations with yourself about the topics as if to tell us that what you are saying may not be 100% correct or worked out and we are still allowed to disagree or continue these conversarions with ourselves with your position in mind. I live with my parents because I’m handicapped. My dad is mentally ill. He has a way of making you feel like you are the most insignificant and little person in the world but nothing much I can do or he will kick me out. I literally just sat in my room and stared at a wall for like 10 minutes. Mindlessly opened my RUclips and seen this video. Thank you, I feel better. Sorry for the rambling

I've been focusing on myself. Self love, self care, setting boundaries. Eating properly, lifting weights, proper supplements, 💪 down 47lbs and reading books for motivation and hot steam baths for stress relief, focusing on skin care, hair care, body care. I feel 💯 times better and I am sure looking better too. But I hear the negative whispers and people have even said to my face negative comments. 🙄 I keep focused on my positivity. But definitely try to not let what people say about me affect who I am or my personal self goals. 🙌

This has actually been something I’ve been called to go within about since last week. I see through so much due to my own spiritual gifts but it’s triggering in a way to where it’s just further calling me to clear some things within myself just more inner work more standing in my own authenticity truth power and light without fear of persecution or external negative energies narratives and perceptions actions etc And it’s crazy because I have this book currently on my night stand it’s my absolute favorite.
