We take the Kids to Memorial Park to enjoy an overnight campout in the redwoods!
We dine on smoked pulled pork and slow cooked chicken! Smores for dessert And for Breakfast, Crispy Fried Spam and Bacon as well as Fried Scones!

Yeah I am really liking these Teardrop trailers. Easy to tow, compact but covers a lot of functionality in small package. Spam is fun to use in recipes. For me it is all about making it fried and crispy!
