I also just want to say, I've been watching your videos since 2013 and I've been doing parkour ever since.
It took me about a year or 2 to progress forward and improve my abilities because at one point I was afraid of the possibility that I could seriously hurt myself from trying to do stuff like precision jumps, kong vaults, and dash vaults. Now I've been training hard to try and improve myself. I can kong vault and dash vault without fail and my precision jumping is nearly flawless. I've mastered the diving kong and dive roll. I've also been getting better at kip-ups. I just want to say thank you for your tutorials and your dedication.

Just want to say thanks for giving me the inspiration to learn parkour and giving free lessons which have taught me a lot and got me far into parkour with many different techniques which are used everyday in parkour training and then making them well enough to help get me to near mastery of some of these moves in only a few months without having to consult more than two videos from other youtubers

Man, just watching you makes me miss parkour..😔 I had a pretty bad injury do to bad form and timing. I can no longer do parkour, so now I just watch you Ronnie. (Pretty much the same as doing parkour.)

@@drali230 I tried, I can no longer run hard for very long and I can't jump very much either. My right knee will start making a weird creaking noise when I bend it and it it will start hurting pretty bad.

ninja art if you are, you might have osgood schlatters disease which hurts a lot but really isn't a problem

Why I have never seen a parkour athlete who doesn't perform crazy flips except David Belle , basic flips like front flip, side flip and backflip are just fine.

Hey there (Ronnie) I had a question about muscle soreness. Because I am starting in parkour I try to be as safe as possible but I have started to get these muscle soreness (on my shoulder part were it connects to neck) and I wanted to see if you know anything that can help me
