Ymir Titan just happened to attack them where they couldn't fight back at all but it's still a very convenient moment to advance the plot, I agree

They use titan form to run once they arrived in the island in order to run away from titan horde so they camp every now and then to rest before transforming to run again. Its unluxky that they camp above Ymir so they're all exhausted by the time they were attacked by her..
Ymir was a pure titan for around 60 years, and during those 60 years, she didn’t age at all. If there was a 5 year timeskip from when Ymir turned back into a human, and she’s 17 after the 5 year timeskip, then it means that she was 12 when she was injected.
I am very confused here. When a pure titan eats a shifter they gain that shifters power and the Titan shape, right? But from what I see here she turned into the Jaw Titan from the start, she became the four legged 7 meter from the pure titan serum and when she ate Marcel she looks exactly the same as before. Isn't that odd? Or it it an error?
Every titan is unique in the way it looks and its size. So her titan looked similar to her pure one but with the characteristics of the Jaws Titan. A blond haired pure titan will still be blond even after it eats a shifter

It also means that it's easier to tell which one is which in flashbacks. If Ymirs pure titan looked completely different to her new titan form it would be very confusing for viewers

They use titan form to run once they arrived in the island in order to run away from titan horde so they camp every now and then to rest before transforming to run again. Its unluxky that they camp above Ymir so they're all exhausted by the time they were attacked by her..

Ymir was a pure titan for around 60 years, and during those 60 years, she didn’t age at all. If there was a 5 year timeskip from when Ymir turned back into a human, and she’s 17 after the 5 year timeskip, then it means that she was 12 when she was injected.

When a pure titan eats a shifter they gain that shifters power and the Titan shape, right?
But from what I see here she turned into the Jaw Titan from the start, she became the four legged 7 meter from the pure titan serum and when she ate Marcel she looks exactly the same as before.
Isn't that odd? Or it it an error?
Every titan is unique in the way it looks and its size. So her titan looked similar to her pure one but with the characteristics of the Jaws Titan. A blond haired pure titan will still be blond even after it eats a shifter
@@sibil2139 Sounds like too much of a conincidence and something I would attribue to lazy writing. Was it that hard to make a different Pure Titan form for Ymir before she changed back?
@@vladtheimpaler9577 A titan is meant to look like the human it was originally. It would be sensible for the human to look like the titan even if it's not their pure titan. It also means that it's easier to tell which one is which in flashbacks. If Ymirs pure titan looked completely different to her new titan form it would be very confusing for viewers
