Just to echo everyone else, your hair is absolutely adorable! Glad you're doing the things you want to do, though will miss your edits for Sean. I could always tell when it was edited by you vs someone else. Big "YAY!" for more crafting vids! Sorry your wait will be longer than you hoped, but love that your trying to see the positive (at least it's not 7 yrs). Hopefully they get the estrogen shortage sorted soon and you don't come to a point where you run out. We love you and love whatever you're doing that makes you happy, I will watch.

Sounds like a great deal of things happened. Oofs, big or small surgeries can be quite concerning. Thankfully you're alright, & progress has been moving along for you. Ngl, pretty Sadge to hear when you wouldn't be editing for Jack. You gave me confidence & taught me so much on how to edit (even if I basic atm) during tough times. I'll never forget that & I personally want to thank you for those editing videos, you taught me more than what I could've learned in a class! Your hair looks lovely! You know, as much as that waiting time clearly sucks, and is within itself a stressor, it can be good to have an idea in your head of your timeframe for keeping healthy. I had to have surgery on an ovarian tumor a few years ago, and it was always up in the air with dates and i was constantly freaking out about it, that when i got to the surgery i'd wished i'd worked out more and made sure my diet was good when i hadn't, and that i'd done more to prepare for the psychological impact of the surgery and recovery themselves. After i had it done, i was less mobile for weeks, my arms werent strong enough to push myself up without using my abs, i was initially really stressed about something going wrong during recovery, my fitness levels dropped, and because id been stuck inside a while i stopped being social and going outside as much for a while after. It took me a while to get back to wanting to be fit and adventurous again, and some more time to achieve it. The only good thing i did to prep was buy a huge warm nightdress i could easily throw on. If i had to do it again, id make sure my body was strong, my diet was good and i was getting all the right nutrients, id plan something cool to do after healing, schedule conversations with people and have some creative stuff to do while i was recovering
Interesting anecdote, thanks for sharing! Yeah, those are for sure things I have to keep in mind, especially with already living a fairly sedentary life... I do try to stay active daily as it is at least, and fortunately I have family all within close range so people are able to visit me easily! Still, some years off, but... I'm sure it'll be worth it regardless! :)

I have a very similar scar in the same area. Not from cosmetic surgery, I took a pretty nasty hit to my head when I was a teen and the skin around my eyebrow was ripped off as a part of that, needed a bunch of stitches to get it put back on. it took a good amount of time but now people hardly notice unless I point it out. Just give it some time I’m sure it will heal up great.

Game Engines - There are plenty of choices. UnrealEngine, Godot, and GameMaker are pretty popular.

Unity game engine has fallen pretty hard last week with it's new pricing with each game install.. Lol I mean, geez. Unity changed their minds because of multitudes of studios and people going against changes. However, unity still added a pricing change and strategy for more recent builds of it's engine.. Loads of people are switching off of unity. Some of those that are leaving unity, also makes pretty good tutorials for the engine.
Yeah, I'm not going with Unity after what they tried to pull, even if they've backpedaled a bit... Sad to see, since it's a good engine otherwise! Good for Godot though, seeing it used more and more! In my case I'll likely stick to UE5 since that's what I've already started playing around in, and made a basic text game and stuff. Also lumen and nanite is nice!

I've been into an acapella group lately and watching a lot of musical review channels that cover their songs. It's taught me a lot about head and chest voice. The Fairy Voicemother is esp great at talking about technique so even beginners can follow. I'm not sure if you're doing anything extra beyond your vocal teacher, but looking up some of those reviews might help with the technical stuff, or even looking up singers giving tips on how to reach your head voice/increase your range.
The acapella group I'm a fan of is called Voiceplay, and their tenor Eli has hit some amazing high belts! Valhalla Calling Me had a very impressive one, if you or anyone else wants to give them a listen. Good luck with the vocal lessons, and wishing you a speedier time of all the appointments!

Counselor: can do typical therapist stuff such as talk therapy and the like, but cannot diagnose anything iirc. May or may not have multiple degrees, licenses, or certifications.
Psychologist: has multiple degrees, licenses, certifications. Can diagnose but cannot prescribe medication. Is not a medical doctor as well as PhD in psychology
Psychologist: has even more licenses, degrees, certifications. Can diagnose, able to prescribe medications. Is also a medical doctor (MD) in addition to PhD.

estrogen is to my knowledge produced by bacteria. so there might just be a shortage of bacteria food or certain chemicals.
ew germs! but yeah, I assume it's more complicated than it sounds :p ... bacteria makes sense! Maybe they don't have the resources to grow the cultures with covid lingering as well.
Hi Alice! Vocal coach here! Wanted to help you understand the terms chest voice and head voice a bit more.
Chest voice and head voice aren’t created in the chest or head. Although, resonance of speaking and signing happens mainly in the head.
The terms head voice and chest voice actually refer to registers or qualities of power, thickness of the vocal cords, length of the cords, etc..
Head voice is typically a thinner, looser, “disconnected” quality where the cords are thin and pulled apart and chest voice is a thicker, heavy, stronger sound lower in the voice where the cords are more compressed and more closed in general.

Sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. And yes that surgery is typically for removing saggy skin. My mom recently had similar surgery, but it's done under the brow, and looked almost no scar except for redness and losing the tail even fresh out of surgery. The tail is easily fixed with microblading eyebrow. Hope yours will heal well.
And wow the wait is crazy, so is the med situation 😯 LOL I doubt the process for estrogen is as easy as scooping it out. 😅

Yeah, I think it will turn out alright once its healed properly, and maybe with some laser-smoothing. In general I am happy with the result OTHER than the scars though, I mean it DID lift my brow quite a bit, so at least it's not all bad! :)
