This good Ole Geoegia Peach enjoyed her virtue experience. I had the greens, mac, and corn bread. My guest had the short ribs and it literally fell apart. The drinks are definitely on point. You won't be disappointed.
Virtue is the bomb!! Love that place! The cornbread is bananas along with the short ribs, this is one of my favorites in HP. Please note this restaurant does not open until 4pm.😊

It is so entertaining as well as learning chef tips. I’ve learned to sweat mustards from the lady that taught us on your live show. Those greens were outstanding, from the cooking and seasoning at the end. I had to pay full price for my pressure cooker. I thought you were saying the code was Charles. Kept trying that code, it did not work. Still hurt. The code for the pressure cooker book didn’t work, but it worked for my vegan book. Love watching, so sorry I didn’t get the codes to work. It took over an hour and a half for our food … The chicken was just okay and the cornbread tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave .. almost like suede.. I will not be back… Blessings though..
Personally I would politely ask him not to patron my establishment . Majority of the time he doesn’t like the food. I wouldn’t serve him , no his bar isn’t high if you pay attention he likes everything sweet and salty with herbs de Provence sprinkled in with a mist of fennel powder lol .

My partner and I went to Virtue for a third time recently and were absolutely disappointed. We got there when they first opened at 4pm. They changed their menu, the cornbread was terrible, it was luke warm, dry and gummy. We had it before and it tasted like it had just come out of the oven, not this time I really believe they gave us the day before and just reheated because it tasted stale. We order the fish and the short ribs and both were disappointing. The fish was so blend, the ribs weren't great, the texture was mashed ribs without the bone. It was so bad we left half of all portions on the plate and the corn bread. The only thing that was good was the gumbo and the drinks Over $170.00 dollars later we left very disappointed and will not be coming back.
I think you're expecting the food to be better than yours and that's not easy to accomplish. Your bar is set high, so the chef has got to have phenomenal skills, like at Publican.
