I started my business back in October of 2023 with an ETM, diesel heater, wand, tile spinner, and $1k worth of chemicals. With the trailer I’m about $17k in. I recently bought a used orbiter and have been using it to agitate carpet and grout lines. It works so good on tile & grout, that im shifting to just using the Oreck, a shop vac, and microfiber mops to do condos. I’ve found the Oreck does the heavy work of tile cleaning while the tile spinner is just basically rinsing the floor. If I would’ve known this ahead of time, I would’ve started with an Oreck, and an upholstery mytee. I just bought a second used Oreck and spent less for both orecks than a new one. They’re amazing little machines!
They do have a tendency to get hot with continuous use, but that can be remedied by letting it cool down for a few minutes. Your mileage may vary, that's been my experience.
Thank you! A video explaining what products I use is in the works, I wanted to have it sooner but I ended up needing to have some dental work done so anything involving a lot of talking was out of the question for a couple weeks.

I heard, in the past, they can over heat. Do you know if this is true?

Great video!!! Can you also review the products that you use for carpet, upholstery, and flooring?

Good video… great insight…. I use the oreck as well… it’s slower but efficient
Which brush would you use to clean old dirty epoxy covered concrete floor for wedding center? Blue, black or green brush?
Orange brush is best for concrete.
Thanks! Wouldn't it be too harsh on epoxy though?
