S pretty significant part of the unboxing is not covered in the video...how in the world to get the back cover off to access the plugs? I can't figure out for the life of me how to get this off without causing damage...thoughts?
My 2019 MacBook Pro 13 inch Touch Bar do you know what piece I need to hook my Cintiq 24 to it, I'm needing help deseperately, I have just brought this and hate for it to be useless.
Hello. I am writing through Google translator. Unfortunately, not very English. Thanks for the video. How much does it cost you not new? Can I buy it in good condition? 16 pro
Is there going to be a large difference in usability between the 16” Pro ($2200) and the 24” Pro? It’s $800 AUD difference $3000 AUD or $3500 for touch model.
The biggest difference will be your preference of size and the connection types used. The 16 uses the Link Plus if you don't have a Thunderbolt 3 port on your comp. The 24 supports DisplayPort, hdmi, and usb out the back. They both are huge improvements over previous generations.
MacHollywood Thanks, I don’t have a Thunderbolt connection as I use a pc. I guess my biggest concern is that the 16 is not a lot bigger than my current 12.9 inch iPad Pro, I am concerned that with the limited size I won’t be able to have the tool bars fully open and or not have room for the secondary small window showing the overall image while using Clip Studio (formally Manga Studio)
I got one a few days ago but returned it because it came in with dead pixels, and I couldn't get a replacement because wacom is out of stock until late May :D
Gerald Burns I didn't take any pictures but yeah I did, it wasn't horrible but there was still some back light bleeding. Wacom mentioned that they were working on making sure that the next batch releases without any defects, that's why it's been out of stock for so long.
Thanks for the reply. A little bit of backlight bleed isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying and for $2,000-$2500 the display should be flawless. I hope wacom takes the time to workout the flaws instead of rushing to make money.

Does the Pro 24 need a certain version of iMac ? My iMac is late 2009. Can’t seem to find ports
the 24 Pro comes with many cables. You should have thunderbolt 2/mini displayport, which the 24 comes with.

I got mine but experiencing unbearable fan noise how about yours?
Im sorry to hear that! We haven't heard anything too loud coming from it, but we don't run it as much as your typical artist would.

Yea it's a real bummer! We have quite a list of people waiting on the Touch version too. Its almost here though!
Yep! Been waiting for the touch model for awhile now sadly. Luke, you get a chance to test back light bleed/glow?
