One of the best high end loudspeaker companies from USA. If you haven’t heard them even their lower price speakers then you don’t know what your missing. Wilson Audio totally rocks!
What most people don't know is that Wilson Audio employs Blind Tibetan Monks to hand sand and polish the interior of the of the enclosures. They have such extreme sensitivity on their finger tips that they can insure every speaker enclosure is perfectly finished to provide an amazing sonic quality just like a Stradivarius violin. No other company does this.
That Chronosonic is awesome. I would term it as a sonic art statue! Home Theater Dude, I have been good , maybe send them this way? I also thought that the explanation of XVX was awesome. Great work on the video man! Daryl's presentation is great.
Those are both artwork and speakers. Granted, I think they are too much as most others do. But damn, that guy sure knows how to make a sales pitch, no?
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude oh I believe so as well. I more meant if I had half a million dollars to spend on audio equipment, he'd get my money! You can tell he's extremely passionate about his products!
If you like your artwork made from spare Atari computer houses from the early 80's!!! You could put some Klipsch La scala's in every room of your house and spend a fraction of what these run. These look like they were put together on a medical equipment rack!
I had the luxury of helping instal, believe it or not 4 Wilson WAMM's. I would say that when it comes to the 500,000$ + price range of speakers, Wilson is the only company who isn't putting out Gimmicks. we had them powered by 4 D'Agostino Momento amps, really the god of all systems. By god dude I have never heard anything like that in my entire life, truly remarkable.
One thing I can say about Wilson Audio?! They make very unique speakers, but everyday people can never afford it! There speakers are works of art,but for the filthy rich!!! Hope you enjoyed the show?!
Just no...$300,000 for speakers is just wrong. Regardless of wealth...Just saw the drivers he's using. My god he's using scanspeak drivers which are very good but the prices he's charging is embarrassing. I'll build you something very close for $30,000 and I'll still make $15,000. LOL
@@JeffAdairKTM530 When I initially looked at it I only watched the first half of the video and didn't realize the crazy part about all the separate machined parts that would have to be designed and cnc machined. What I was trying to say is that I could get you incredible sound using those same drivers and a slightly different layout without all those machined parts. So it really comes down to aesthetics and doing something different with those drivers in a different enclosure. If you need specialty lighting, cnc machined curved pod holders, cable management system then wilson audio is your man. (PS I noticed he confused midrange driver with a midbase driver for 7 inchers).
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude How much money do you have to pay for cnc machining. It aint cheap. I do not have the capital to do this. Plane and simple.
