The most interesting thing about this podcast is learning how Kevin Nash never did anything wrong in his career, and whenever someone else does something wrong which he also did, how it still wasn't wrong when he did it. In his mid-60s with some major personal tragedies in the last few years, maybe that insecurity he tried to fill up with money his entire life might have been better served by some honest introspection.
I never cared for Scott Hall or Kevin Nash after they left WWF... however, I admire their friendship and loyalty to one another. Most men never get that.

As someone myself who got in more shit when I was younger for sticking up for friends than I did with anything that was directed at me, I understand the sentiment.
I'd like to hear an admission from Nash that he held guys careers back. He's not alone in that Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Stone Cold a bit and especially John Cena held guys back either because of a personal dislike or they felt threatened. That seems to be typical behavior for guys that are at the top of the card and want to remain there either outta ego or money or both. I like Nash and think he is one of the more honest and open guys in wrestling.
Hogan, austin & cena can get a slight pass because at least they were drawing huge money, though I'm struggling on who austin held back....shawn was a great wrestler but a poor champion. Not naming triple h who is the mkst agregious is interesting. Not a draw in comparison nor the worker shawn was
@jonjohnson1978. Austin refused to work with Marc Mero after he saw Sable powebomb him. Although Mero really shot himself in the foot there. Triple H not jobbing to Booker T was egregious, but on the back hallf of his career he started to put guys over. Seth Rollins was elevated after beating Triple H. If I remember right, Shawn got the belt off Diesel in a time where the economy (94-96ish?) was in shambles. No one had any money to buy wrestling tickets, so I don't think it would have mattered who you had as champion. When he came back I think he was one of those guys that didn't need the belt like Undertaker to be over and a face of the company.

To be fair, a punch from Punk would likely be far less devastating than an open pal slap from Nash. We've all seen Punk throw ineffective punches, from sucker decking innocent fans to his UFC "career".
The slap vs punch debate here actually varies from man to man. I've seen some men take an open hand slap as a invitation to a fist fight. Others would accept it as a "behave yourself" gesture.
The problem is The Elite kicked Punk’s door down looking for a fight when there supposed to be EVP’s of the company. If Tony Khan would be a boss Punk would still be in AEW. Imagine going to work everyday being badgered by children. Jungle Jack shoulda been fired as well. I mean he wanted to use real glass. You of all people Kevin know that’s a bad idea. Ask Goldberg. I think at some point Punk probably decided he had enough. Those guys didn’t want to do business and mend fences and do right by the company. Now look Punk is the biggest thing in Wrestling again while Jungle Jack is off TV and the Young Bucks gotta take time off cause no one cares if they’re in wrestling anymore. And there buddy Hangman was drinking Swerves blood. See a recurring theme.

Why does it say Steiners when he is talking about the Nasty Boys?
Quad Cities native here. I heard Moline and and went “huhhhh?!!!”
I’m always surprised by the amount of bigger celebs who are aware of the QC 😂 met a record/talent dude in Nashville a couple years back who knew all 6 of the cities off the top of their head! (No there’s not four and yes whoever you ask will give you different answers as to what those cities are)
Never heard of Moline or the 4/6 cities, is it similar to NYC and the Burroughs ?
Is Kevin Nash going to return to WWE to feud with CM Punk?
Isn't he like 65 or something?
Nash uses a cane now. If not, he walks very slow, on top of his age.
Where I'm from a smack much worse much degrading much belittling than a punch, a punch says you're dealing on man time, a smack is saying you nothing 💯💯💯
I remember the debut of Diesol. Man I’m getting old
So underrated what a grate champ best ever k n
What's he grating? Cheese? Is he the Cheese Grating Champ?
Watch live 😊
Now what about the Orndorf Vader fight he “saw.”
What about the Steiner Bros. ?
I like the stories Kevin Nash tells!
To be fair, a punch from Punk would likely be far less devastating than an open pal slap from Nash. We've all seen Punk throw ineffective punches, from sucker decking innocent fans to his UFC "career".
Just because Nash is big doesn't mean his punches or slaps are hard.
@@googlemyself4091 6'10 315 dude can hurt you, even without ''technique''.
QUESTION: Joe WHO?
Exactly who is Joe that Nash is referring to? Can someone fill me in please?
Samoa Joe.
Kev, planning to retire from the industry, like Roidback, since Punk returned to WWE?
Think about how Nash looked in 97, 98....... And imagine that running towards you lol
I want to see were Kevin Nash steps to Lesnar, Bobby Lashley or someone tough
That's why Tony Khan is a clown and an amateur, and the reason why you don't buy your son a company just so he can run it in to the dirt.
I used to like Kev in the Wolfpac days, but what for? This freaking narcissist is about as smart as a bag of hammers. He didn't bother mentioning that Punk was attacked previously. I don't think his drunk ass remembers things quite right.
" i just swung a baseball bat 6 inches above someone's head.... but punk should've been fired and not me"
Wtf😂
I’m with ya. These excuses from Kevin are laughable
I always pictured Nash as the bully kid in school, bigger and stronger as the others and using it to strike fear.
Oh so you mean he was a kid with an edge over most other kids, doing what kids with an edge are naturally going to do because kids are kids? No way!
Look dude, I was bullied and picked on and beat up too. But someday you need to become an adult and let go.
What Joe did was public. What Kevin did was private. Joe should have apologized, and did. The fans didn't see it, but the 'crew' did.
So when it’s an issue that Nash has, it’s cool to fight. Anyone else, it’s not cool and they need to be punished. Playing some lawyer ball.
He's a locker room lawyer for sure.
1:42 where is The Undertaker when you need them to just pop out of nowhere and be like stop
i'm cracking up through this whole thing
I never much cared for Nash, but I dont think he'd ever back down from a fight. Whether he knows how to fight or not who knows, but when youre that big you dont need to know much. Thats what made Hollys claim so ridiculous, even if a guy could whip Nash, Nash isnt backing out of it..
Random question: Anyone know the story with the rings behind the host? Lol
