I took my wife to this show, it was her first hard rock/metal show. She had such a good time and Volbeat sounded awesome live! I just wish they would play my favorite Volbeat song at a show. It's a little obscure, but I love Soulweeper!

Volbeat, Disturbed, & Godsmack are the answer to modern Rock/Metal. As well thank Metallica for Volbeat becoming internationally popular. Love seeing big bands get starting bands famous.
Avenged Sevenfold, Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, Red. There are so many good modern metal/rock bands.
Matthew Mcsherry Three Days Grace aren't the same with Adam the asshole leaving and pulling the shit he did. Plus they're more hard rock, Post-grunge. Same for Breaking Benjamin they're from my homestate by the ways :). Never listened to Red so I don't know. Rise Against haven't heard enough of. Avenged Sevenfold and Seether are the only really Metal in that list as of what I know.
You should really check out Apocalyptica. Metal music with cellos...fucking epic.

Just curious, but why do you listen to them? Michael Poulsen's voice is very unique and I believe that it's the main reason that I like their music.
