- HAHHAHAH i DID IT!!! after six months of working on this animatic off and on and then getting distracted, i finally finished!
this may not be the most creative idea for an animatic ever, but i'm still proud of what i managed to do
also since i accidentally made the credits too short at the end, here they are again:

The scene of them clinging glasses while the lyric "for the world" played was a stroke of genius
that connection was the very thing that inspired me to make this animatic in the first place :)
It was a stroke of demonic genius, darling!

I am crying, this is so beautiful! I love what you did with the angels and demons in the background vanishing when they hold hands and don't even get me started on the colours! The colours when Aziraphale gives Crowley the thermos and what you did with the eyes was sooooo good. And if I thought it couldn't get any better than the hug/kiss, it did get better with their little cottage garden! So BEAUTIFUL!❤️

Oh no, it's okay, I DIDN'T NEED MY HEART ANYWAY! The expressions - the heartbreak, the agony, the defiance relief and pure joy on their faces - you capture it so well and it's so PURE. The little colory glint in their eyes as they take each other's punishment and laugh it off - it is. so good. Maybe the best Good Omens animatic I've ever had the pleasure of watching.

This is the single best good omens animatic I’ve ever seen. The artistry is wonderful, the colors are gorgeous, and your take on everything combined with the song choice is perfect. When they hugged near the end I literally made the most undignified sob- this is beautiful😭💛 absolutely stunning. Well done.

I'M CRYING, I'M A LITERAL WREAK I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL. THE EMOTION YOU PORTRAYED ALONG WITH THE SYMBOLISM. EVERY SINGLE FRAME WAS STUNNING AND HAD SO MUCH STORY EMBEDDED INTO IT. The more I watch this animatic the more I fall in love with it. I absolutely adore the way Crowley and Aziraphale look in your style, and you have so many amazing little details like the slight “halo” of light behind aziraphale in certain scenes or the color of the highlights in their eyes when they switch bodies. Absolutely stellar. (also I can’t get over the depiction of Crowley I’m his little gardening fit with his shirt tied up.. love that loser)
The transition in the car was awesome 👌

GoodbyeVanny here!!! This is absolutely gorgeous, I’m blown away!!! The transitions, the way you connect scene to scene and match it with the lyrics are INCREDIBLY good. Like the holy water scene with the Soho scene, and then Crowley’s tears falling on the thermos, and that echoing over to being sprayed with the firehose?! You made the imagery of it all so poetic and *clear* in how it echoes through! I have so many thoughts about this but I need to watch it like 6000 times first 😂😍
I love how much you care about the details and backgrounds and shadows, lights, everything. It all looks so lovely!

Omg I loved this so much, if anyone deserves a happy ever after it’s those two beautiful souls who risked everything just to love eachother when even heaven and hell stood in their way. I love the idea of them living in a quaint little cottage and Crowley tending a garden as Aziraphael likely reads a book and sneaks glances at his beloved from the window. And they made sure to stay near their godson 🖤 ahhhh so darn sweet! Thank you for making and posting this!!!!!

This is beautiful and I adore it
I love happy fits so much and I just watched good omens. It has been so long since I’ve seen a fandom use a happy fits song and this does it just so fantastically.
My three favorite bits:
- 1:50 The swift transition to the 60s scene with the lighting and the music starting to build just 🤌
- 2:25 the transition back to the fire, *2:30** the flash to the angled view of Crowley in front of the burning bookshop at the word fire,* and the whole way you did the emotions of that scene just the utter pain and the way the tears look are so good, and then when aziraphale reappears the way he looks in Crowleys eyes and Crowleys face
- they hold hands, but then 3:02 the scene where they get sentenced and the shine in their eyes is their eye color but then it switches with their switch and their incredible expressions as they actively win te intimidation game 3:06 ❤
I adore this you do such good expressions and I will watch this over and over again I’m certain
Edit: I FORGOT to mention 3:12 the GORGEOUSly smooth relieved hug I cannot express how good you did with this whole thing
And how you put the “to the world” scene where the lyrics say it 🫶🤌
The way this sucks me in, to the degree that I forget to breathe, no matter how many times I watch it… You really use the animated bits perfectly, like for maximum effect. The transitions are brilliant. This whole thing is just masterful!!!

Oh my word this is SPECTACULAR!! So many things, the use of colour, especially in the eyes, and the TRANSITIONS!!!! When it switched to the holy water scene in the car, with the bright pink?? Oh my, so good. And all the little details, every moment is so creative and detailed and perfect. Absolutely splendid.

I love this animatic, even though it may hurt so much after the second season (😭), it shows their warm relationship and yet their struggles as well throughout. And like most Good Omens animatics this made me love this song and I immediately had to add it to my playlist

There are so many things I love about this!!
First, your artstyle is very unique and really pleasing to the eye! You managed to capture Aziraphale and Crowley's key features and to give them a unique design at the same time! I particularly like the way you draw hands and noses and teeth and ears with a personality of their own, really, and I'm impressed at how with little touches of colour you gave some scenes such an atmoshphere (especially the "you go too fast for me" moment and the shop burning and the reading lamps at the beginninghen Aziraphale moves forward you csn really see the light source going behind him!); animations like these relaly make me realize how relatively little is needed to create a true story, when the person using the media knows what they're doing :) 2D animation is so beautiful. Also, the transition at 0:50 was very good and Crowley's hair at both 1:24 and 3:34 especially is magnificent!!
Besides the aesthetic, I loved the way you captured all the emotions of the characters... the fear, the love, the tenderness, the worry, it's all conveyed so well!
It's clear that you put a lot of work and a lot of thought into this, and as they say, the devil is in the details! I really liked how you paid attention to so many small details, like the binary star system of Alpha Centauri, the neon making a halo-like shape around Aziraphale's head, Crowley's shirt riding slightly up when he quickly gets out of the Bentley at 2:28, Crowley dark nail polish at the end, the fact that at the Ritz only Aziraphale has a slice of cake on his plate, the way you drew the robins...
And I also really liked how you mingled scenes you kept very faithful to, also in terms of perspectives and gestures, and some completely original ones, like the one at the beginning with Aziraphale putting a blanket on Crowley (so cute!) or Aziraphale asking nanny Crowley for an ice cream or, of course, the sweet sweet ending... I especially liked how you used the scene of them walking in the park to give us a glimpse of what those last years on Earth (or at least, what they though would be the last years) must have felt like to them... The sorrow and sadness at knowing that all that beautiful world they've lived in together for 6 thousands years was about to be destroyed and devastated... It isn't really something we see in the show, but here with a few seconds you showed it very clearly.
I also liked how you made Crowley cry, repeatedly. It was a right way to show his pain. And the tears were masterfully drawn.
In conclusion, thank you for posting this! You're really good and it's clear how much you worked on this :) hope you're justly proud of the result
I still watching this every time it appears in my list, it's just, omgggggg, too good, the transitions, the expressions, I MEAN, U CAN LITERALLY SEE THE LOVE U PUT ON THIS ANIMATIC 😭😭😭😭 IT'S SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL
