- Sunita Williams has been stranded at the International Space Station for over 10 days now. Indian origin American astronaut along with her colleague Butch Wilmore were expected to return on June 13 but now their return has been delayed. The new return date has still not been finalised after NASA had confirmed July 2 as re-entry date.
The unexpected delay is a result of helium leak on the Starliner. Shockingly, new CBS News report unravels how despite deeming the rocket safe for launch both NASA and Boeing managers were aware of the leak. However, theyconsidered it to be too small to jeopardize the mission. This decision has now left two astronauts stranded at the International Space Station (ISS) as new reports reveal the extent of the issue.

NASA should send the Dragon spacecraft to safely return these astronauts. The Starliner capsule is not trustworthy.

Seems they delayed the launch because of leaks and then decided to fly because the leaks weren’t bad enough. In other words, they were going to fly the POS regardless.😊

How have the Astronaut's ethnic origins any relevance to anything concerning this situation?
One of the reason Boeing have stated the primary cause of Starliner inability to return safely. NASA will fund $5 Billion study in conjunction with Boeing about this issue having multiple ethnic groups involved in space missions. Boeing will provide all in-house oversight to ensure the quality and integrity of the study is upheld and does not affect stock price.

How on earth was Boeing given this contract? Shame. Call Elon.
SpaceX will rescue the stranded Starliner crew and won't be compensated as per the international space rescue convention. Boeing profits won't be affected, share prices will remain stable. In other news, NASA has awarded Boeing $50 Billion in contracts how to create a capsule that can safely retrieve stranded ISS crews members and bring them safely back to earth. The project is expected to show results by the year 2072.
