I'm sad there was no Vigo painting leaning on the wall by Janine's desk.

Was really looking forward to getting berated by the Carpathian himself.
This game is supposed to take place after ghostbusters afterlife. So after vigo was defeated.

The amazing thing about this is how they managed to keep everything so classic while making it a little more modern

I like the modernized aspects of the house. Especially Janine's desk. Though I would have expected a Keureg over that old white coffee maker, lol.
If I had applied for the job to become a Ghostbuster and were hired by Winston Zeddemore, I would definitley take the job, and I would wear a uniform that would look like how the uniform had looked of the 1984 film and the 2009 video game, and I would give my proton pack, particle thrower, ghost trap and P.K.E. meter the same upgrades that were given to the equipment of the 2009 video game, AND I would convert the ECTO - 1 to look like the ECTO 1B that was seen of the 2009 video game, with Winston's permission, of course.
I like how the interior of the firehouse looks like a combination of what was seen of the 1984 and 1989 films and the 2009 video game, though, I would've preferred having the room seen at 4:44 still be the sleeping quarters and have the research and development laboratory be on the third floor.
Ever since I had first seen Ghostbusters: Afterlife, I had often wondered if Ray had moved his Occult Books store next door to the firehouse so that he can keep an eye on the ecto-containment unit after Egon had taken the equipment and the ECTO - 1 and moved to Summerville, Oklahoma or if he had just kept his store in the same area of New York that was seen of Ghostbusters II (2) and after seeing the exterior of the store of Ghostbusters II and the interior of Ghostbusters: Afterlife, I think Ray had still kept his store in the same area.
It would make sense for Ray to move his store next door to the firehouse so that he can keep an eye on the ecto-contaiment unit.
I think it be kool if you could upgrade the fire station and build within it - place items where you want them then after a certain level, goal, xp or whatever you get to buy or upgrade a bigger or different one perhaps in diff location etc.
Really hope that this gets a port to the Nintendo Switch. It looks really fun, and I am curious to know what has happened since the end of Ghostbusters: Afterlife for Ray and Winston.

That was so damn good! And so many easter eggs but it totally makes sense how the firehouse evolved too.

The Ghostbuster firehouse was also used in Big Trouble in Little China movie from the 80's.

It's really weird because it looks like how it should look back in the 90's, if this was how it looked in the previous GB video game it would be fine. But they make numerous references that it was turned into a coffee shop or whatever, which would imply it would have been renovated for that in between, at least the ground floor would have been gutted (top floor maybe cleared out for storage). How did they reacquire literally every piece of nostalgic furniture? like for example, the lockers? It's sad that Egon is gone, why would they put his name on a /new/ locker? Only explanation i can think of is like, Starbucks brought it, but then just sat on it and never did anything with it for a decade lol
