only if you make it over 12/6 fy lbs relative to overall length of barrel etc and the self contained cartridge bs, you can make an air rifle but not a chambered barrel to accept live ammo, try to mass produce with out a licence they might grab your ass,intention is also important and of course dont put it on yt
