- When one of our favorite skaters (and a damn good kickflipper) drops a shoe, you better believe we’re going to put it to the test. We grabbed one of the heaviest shredders in the CCS warehouse, Noah Staller, and stuck him in a pair of these beauties to see how they hold up. Noah has been known to flip in to grinds on his lunch break, so you know this wasn’t too hard for him. He even handled the last 20 flicks in a full line around the park! These shoes are great but the sizing is a bit snug.
Other than that, they hold up great and the burgundy pairs are some of the best looking skate shoes I've seen.

adidas, nike, new balance, dc, even es run circles around lakai performance wise, Lakai doesnt invest in new shoe tech, mike and rick just give you the same shitty 90s skate shoe tech wise

do they actually feel like cupsoles though? I tried the Crockett which was supposedly a cup but they felt like paper mache on my feet
mojangles28 eh, idk. I've never skated a cupsole but they definitely feel thicker than regular vulc vans. But they still have good board feel because only the like back section is very thick

Smooth cola Pepsi It's the Red Dahlia colorway and yeah they're pretty much sold out everywhere cause they were one of the first release colorways, same as the white ones. If you're lucky you might be able to find a pair on eBay or something

Grizzy_420 well it was a late reply but his question was "what should i get for a 8.38" which implys he doesnt have trucks yet, but yeah i know peoples set ups can be whatever but for a 8.38 and up 149's work better, but if hes going to go smaller then 139's.
