@WORNIS it's inside the arrow on your taskbar on bottom right next to your clock

@WORNIS first, open msi afterburner, and close it (simply using the cross in the top)
second, on the right bottom of your screen there is a monitor sign with the number 60, that is RTSS. Click on it, and close it (again using the cross sign in the top)
Then try installing Visual Studio, and restart the pc. This should work!
