LoriAnne from the time you first mentioned you learned the trick to refresher sprays, I have been spraying and letting the product penetrate. If my hair is super dry, I lightly spray with water then use my refresher. Thanks M.A.D. Curls! Love you ladies!😘💕

Yesss to D.I.Y refreshers! I mix my aunt jackies quench leave in with water in a spray bottle (another tip if you use a denman brush after it takes less product to saturate your hair for styling)

I love when those glasses come on, that’s when I know things are about to get real🤓💕. Great tip on how to control the frizz when trying to refresh. This is one of the steps I don’t take because I don’t know how to correctly. I’m learning and I love it 😩. Thank you guys for the great videos!!

Im such a fan of the Maine Choice restorative spray for the tropical moringa line. It smells amazing and frizz is a goner ! I’m gonna try this technique for refreshing because I get a lot of frizz on day 3 and so on.

Thanks for letting us know how to use the refresher sprays because I was about to give up on them actually gave some away to my neighbors teens. Now that I know how to use them I’m going to have to cut off their supply for good🤣I give them everything that didn’t work for me😂. Didn’t know what a difference it would make to leave it alone and manipulate the Hair later. It works - love ❤️ it.

Hey ladies miss you! My favorite refresher sprays are the mane choice tropical moringa (both the blue and purple one). They smell phenomenal and work wonders they make my hair so shiny! I also love the Jane Carter's curls to go refresher! The spray bottle is the BEST! I was obsessed with that spray when it first came out! The obia naturals curl refresher is BOMB! It has a rose and cucumber scent and the owner made it so if the spray gets on your face it won't break you out and it can be used as a toner too! I'll have to try that Eden body works one if it's that's good! And that kink drink too! And I also like that Lorianne talked about technique too, when I use the refreshers, I spray my hair entirely and I let it sit for at least 2 minutes then I shake my hair out. I recommend this for kinky type r textures because any type of touching or scrunching will make your curls matted, frizzy, and tangled. Thank you for this awesome series fam! will you guys be trying the texture id line or the new african pride moisture miracle line(white packaging, sold at Walmart)? I use the leave in cream from the moisture miracle and I am on my second jar! I tried the mask and hated it but so many people love it. I wonder if TaylorAnne would like the leave in spray from that line as a refresher and maybe the oil as a finishing oil. I've never tried anything from texture id but I've heard good things.
Anne Cuthers We are often asked about the Texture ID Line and we have seen it in Sally. We have just not gotten anything from it yet. The African Pride Line we weren’t really pressed at this point to get, we may in the future, but we have so many things to try at the moment. However, Thank you for your suggestions. 🤓🦁💕➰

I never really understood the point of refreshers...I thought I could just use "First things first...💦💧WATER!"...until I tried Soultanicals' Kink Drink 🍹 Sorell! Thank you for the technique advice for refreshing the right way. I'm going to try for sure! Hi ladies! I know I'm seeing this late, but the Shea Moisture 100% coconut leave-in has Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol. It is a protein and silicone mixture, which doesn't really make the product silicone free. However, since it's not straight up silicone, they get to say it is silicone free. A few other products from Shea Moisture contain it (like the Manuka Honey and Yogurt leave-in). If you don't use products with sulfates, silicones, or parabens, this ingredient is one to look out for cause they will slip it in!

Have you tried the Shea Moisture 100 % Virgin Coconut Oil Shampoo and conditioner? I tried the shampoo and it is amazing. So far it’s the only shampoo that I can finger Detangle my hair with, the co wash that works for me is the 3 in one shampoo, conditioner and leave in by the Mane Choice. I have been in search of a shampoo that was easy to get my fingers through my dense, thick coils. I got a travel size from Ulta and after trying it, I ran to the store to get the larger size. It’s very moisturizing and lathers quickly and easily. Just got the conditioner can’t wait to try them together.

The only refreshing spray that seems to work for me is the new Ouidad Advanced Climate Control spray. Maybe it’s because I touch my hair too soon after I applied the other sprays. 🙄. I may have to try it again. Maybe just maybe. Thanks for your video ladies. 😬
Samantha Ivy Definitely try it again following my instructions 🤣I swear it will make a difference. I could never refresh my curls because I would spray and even curls that were perfectly frizz free and coiled would end up frizzy and shapeless. The day I sprayed and got distracted and returned to scrunch and pik was the day I was blown away. The refresher spray had gotten a chance to sink in and hold the hair and my pik just helped to make it bigger and better. 🤓💕➰
Great tip about not touching directly after spraying, I’m going to try this as I get serious frizz when I spray! 😀

There is definitely an art to refresher sprays, we will be making a video to show you guys how we have mastered the art haha things can get frizzy, but we have this technique that’s works. The Eden bodyworks does smell soooo good lol
