I would like to point that this emanates from deep rooted self esteem issues.. for some it might be their environment, sm other psychological issues.. its hard to pretend to be hard to get, its one or two days thing.. with time your pretences would fall and they'd know, you are desperate or insecure inside. Being a high value person girl or guy, comes from within.. rejections n let downs would still come but a. be yourself, there is a limit to these games. b. work on the self esteem issues more than monitoring ur everyday n everytime responses.. that would be lot easier n durable. for me I think my let downs in myself, not showing up for myself n not having a drive for other things in my life.. made me so desperate.
I’m not a prize, not a thing to be won and I do not want to be treated like one. And yet, I’m a PERSON, and I’m a good, beautiful and intelligent person with self respect, who values her time and peace but also respects others. We only have one life and I MUST have my standards to live it in the best way possible, surrounded by the best people possible. I won’t be a trophy, but I will be the most loved and respected and spoiled woman who is seen as absolutely equal person by her man because that’s what I deserve and that’s what I want. I will also love, respect and take care of my partner, but I will never be disrespected. If a man doesn’t fit my standards that’s totally fine, he’s simply not meant for me, but I will not have him by my side. That’s the go-for mindset for my whole life

Soo there's this guy, Harry who was very good to me, come up n tall to me always, always noticed even the smallest things abt me was my good friend until now.. I heard him telling his friends that he liked me.. But now there's a sudden shift.. In between he had joined some camp so we couldn't talk much... so since im an extrovert i started talking to othr guys as well n more specific ally with i guy named James tho we were just frnds in fact i treatee James like my brother.. But now ig Harry is jealous n so he doesn't talk much.. Instead now he talks to othr girls n back hugs them(gets close with them) ig he's doing all this just to make me jealous.. So, i didn't talk to him as well cause he was being too tochy with them tho he knew it would make me get angry..however recently we talked about our exam scores n stuff.. But we didn't talk anything personal like we used to do b4.. Since ig ik that he isn't talking to me cause he's jealous should i go n tell him tht James n I are not dating.. So tht we can talk like we used to do. I feel bad as he didn't confirm all this with me n simply started not to talk.. Lemme also give you some background..
