Small correction: Titans employ batteries for certain weapon systems and shields, but the main power source for a titan is it's reactor. That's why a doomed titan warns it's pilot that the reactor casing is breached.
@@YoBoyNeptune Titanfall 2 isn't a great source for cannon because it plays fast and loose with batteries, the battery slot will always be full when you're taking one and empty when you're giving one. [edit: the following sentence is not accurate] In T1 (iirc) you drop grenades into doomed titans instead of taking batteries. That said, you could argue the battery was powering some kind of containment field on the reactor. Otherwise the titan wouldn't explode, it would just run out of power and collapse or something.

Otherwise you pull off a panel and shoot into its mechanisms to deal damage. Side note: I love Titanfall 2, but between the rodeo stuff and the first-person embarks, the first game undeniably did a better job at selling the titans as tangible machines.

Also possible version is that Blisk didn't want titans in his game. He knew how powerful titans were and what destruction can they bring to the arena and Blisk wouldn't afford the repairs after every game. That's why Valkirye didn't fix her father's titan - she had to change it to fit the rules of Apex Games.
She should have kept it in my opinion. the genuine strength of a titan should not be under estimated or tossed to the wind, and yet she tore it apart like paper to make a jetpack. lame IMO

I never thought of the Militia losing... According to stuff I read about TF|2, either ingame or in the wiki, after Typhon the IMC was practically dissolved with Vinson and other companies leaving. But you are 100% right about there being no Militia, ACES, 64, Last Resort, or other allied members. Speaking of the Last Resort, how could the remnant fleet have risen after the wars with the EMP disabling all the titans?

The Militia lost the war? Look dude they didn't lose, its clearly stated (and shown in the Gridiron video) the the Militia beat the IMC out of the Frontier and the only reason it isn't mentioned much Is because it simply was desolved, after the war was over, the people of the Frontier worked together to rebuild their homes and everything went back to normal, Infact I think the Frontier is still doing pretty well by the time of Apex.
I just don't see how The Outlands being 20 years away from The Frontier (1 year with a 1-time-use macguffin) works at all. Ash and Blisk being there, Valk retrieving the titan parts from Typhon, etc. Yeah I guess cryo is a convenient excuse, and everyone inclined toward the IMC side would want to flee what is effectively now Militia controlled space (The Frontier). But I mean more the actual space-travel side of things. The whole point of Titanfall 1 ending the way it did was because of how important fuel was, and that destroying Demeter effectively cut off long distance space travel (and marooned anyone arriving from The Core, so they couldn't jump around The Frontier). So short of everyone finding their footing and rebuilding continent-sized refueling facilities, how is anyone in their right mind making that huge trip to The Outlands? And if everything is stable again, I think the IMC would be getting their reinforcements from The Core. I mean, unless The Core sputtered out and died in those few decades... They *were* struggling for resources, that was the point of taking them from The Frontier. Idk, it's just a vidya game, but I feel like people still want more dots connected up between TF2 and Apex.
Although balance is clearly an issue, I feel like a titan would not be that overpowered at all. Come to think of it, it would be a pretty big target with slower movement, and if they added rodeoing that could hinder its abilities.

Titans are still being used. They are used in normal daily things, farming, policing, probably mining and transportation. In the beggining of titanfall 2 they show them using titans for farming, in Valkyries thing they show policing and mining just makes sense to use titans and transportation, when BT7274 but the thing in him he it felt completely natural. Like that it was a normal thing.
In fact, if they mention that the titans still existed and were still in service but that they do not want to implement them to the game so as not to take away that imposing essence of an unstoppable war machine by leveling them with the rest of the legends or nerfing them since as shown in the game they are capable of killing a person with one punch and not only kill them but turn them into a rich meat porridge

I'd like to point out that IMC's army was mostly composed of robotic units like Spectres. So the huge space EMP wave probably didn't help them much in that regard either.
So i like this theory. And its more or less solid. The issue being the battery's the titans use are basically nuclear devices though. Meaning an emp WONT do anything to them. The reason why is the E.M.P killed the servers/Actual Hard/HoloDrives that stored the A.i for these titans. No A.I no titan.
@@johann3256 possibly but it’s also possible that the kind of emp they used is like a literal ion pulse not just a standard emp. A standard emp throws around a general field that gets weaker the farther it travels, a pulse or ion emp though DOESNT loose much if any energy through space as it travels. Think of it like how a magnatar works for example the Crab Nebula has a pulsar that literally can rip atoms from objects via magnetic field. So assuming it’s an normal emp style attack then yes they could very well survive if just shut off during the assault. If it’s ion then it’s full on formatting/deletion of literal atoms in the cpu disks

It would be cool if TF3’s story was about the imc trying to retake the frontier mid apex so apex games are disbanded and we see old Jack Cooper make a cameo in BT that he had brought back to life using the Helmet AI, would be lovely. But all these ideas are fantasies and possibilities that will never happen since Respawn is no linger a game creating company, they just run apex.
We may not get TF3 but it's been revealed that Respawn is working on a single player game that is set I'm the Apex universe, so it's entirely likely we'll be getting something along these lines

I am very late to the party but I think that some or most remaining (usable) titans would've been re purposed for agricultural means. You can see what I'm thinking if you rewatch the intro to TF2. In one short shot, you can see a titan carrying a tree and another picking up a crate on a farm. Edit: added some detail.
My theory for why there are no more Titan was that, sense there is no more war, Hammond robotics stopped the manufacturing of titans and focused on the MRVN’s to help with the apex games or other stuff. All titans that where still around would be scrapped and reused as not to waste more resources
The better question is why do we just drop our jumpkits as soon as we land, only to pick up new ones when we use jump towers or Valk ult. It's pretty lame.
Tbh, I just think Titans would just be unfair for non pilot legends (you know, those that are not Wraith or Valkyrie, maybe also Revenant), especially Mirage and Pathfinder. The first one because he would just panic so much when inside one, and the other because they don't even have the circuits and software for a neural link (because don't forget you still need one to be able to pilot a Titan properly, even with Combat Titan training.) And even then, I don't think Titans would be able to be balanced anyways, I'm sure would either be too strong or too weak, because of its design. A Titan kills a Pilot by shooting on them, but with a melee, or a step on them, and all of those options are strong enough to be 1 to 3 shots enemies, due to design in-universe and for development. There's also factors like sound, movement, health, and all that, it's gonna be a nightmare to balance. There's no way Apex Legends would have Titans, unless special events allows something similar, like smaller mechs that exposes the Legend Piloting it, or reused parts of them put on a Legend, like Valkyrie's uses of Viper's Northstar.
Its said that when a pilot and titan are linked together, it can only be stopped by two things. A overwhelming force i.e an soldier garrison with lots of firepower, or an equal i.e another pilot and their titan. Lore wise and gameplay wise it makes sense why titans arn’t allowed in what is a fairly primal match of last one standing.

This is a great exaplanation and would be a great segway into TF3 once its made, the resurgence in popularity as of right now and the demand for a good movement shooter makes it ripe for creation. The new story could follow Cooper again as he is tracking down BT after GridIron
Ok a lot of apex haters in the comments are confused. It wasn’t the emp that got rid of the Titans, they simply got phased out because the war was over. They simply were not needed anymore, so they got destroyed and new technology made them obsolete
I believe that they were kept for security like in cities or just in case of war and probably the Titans reverted back for construction and agricultural uses like the ones shown in the beginning of titanfall 2’s cinematic.

Also Titans were used for labor, you can see them being used like that in the beginning . Even if they did not show that they would obviously help in infinite ways, the AI being smart, being able to have emotion, they were NOT obsolete, I think the apex games just doesn’t allow them, understandably.
idea: the titans weren't destroyed,they simply didnt have any use,the war is over,no need for a scorch or ion to run around,plus it would be too expensive for the outlands so they probably stuck to the original chasis (titanfall 1 stryder and atlas and ogre as seen in the titanfall 2 intro) used as machinery for building and agroculture and then they ran out of batteries or capable pilote and tossed those titans away and there you go
The old titans don't rely on batteries, same as the new ones. The batteries just power shields and help with weapon systems. But they also have reactors which are their core energy source.
People get mad that Bangalore took down a pilot so easily but the thing is they dont know that she actually had training as a pilot. Its like getting mad that Cooper piloted bt when he was a grunt
Considering Apex is set roughly 30 years after TF2 the IMC and Frontier Militia are just things from the past so since those 2 massive factions aren't at war anymore (That we know of) it makes sense for massive pieces of tech like Titans to be retired and probably locked away somewhere which is why so little characters actually have Titan tech at all.

Apex legends is not a direct story sequel. It is a spin off game that exists in the Titanfall universe. Just because there is ties between characters and the actions of Titanfall 1 and 2 does not mean it is a direct story sequel.
Sorry dude but you're actually 100% wrong. It is a direct continuation of the story set about 17 years after the events of Titanfall 2. Ash is direct proof of that, you see her memories of getting crushed by Jack Cooper in her launch trailer from season 11.
You can argue that Apex is a spin off game, sure, but you have no ground to stand on when it comes to the story. It's not just "character connections", we have some of the same people from Titanfall in this game like Ash and Blisk. Characters in this game fought in the Titan wars, like Bangalore and her brother who escaped the final conflict of that war. She was even shown being stabbed by a pilot. We have characters like Valkyrie who literally built her jetpack out of Viper's wrecked Titan after she recovered it from the ruins of the Planet Typhon. Apex isn't Titanfall 3, but it is a direct story sequel to Titanfall 2 whether you like it or not.

not really, an electromagnetic pulse as such does not take away the energy from a nuclear battery, it only renders the components useless but it is enough that they repair them to make them work again not to mention that some planets could have maintained their energy because in the universe of titanfall and apenx are specified to already use function energy that cannot be affected by an electromagnetic pulse.
As disappointed as I was with the non inclusion of Titans in Apex, the idea that more people might just care for a Titanfall 3 simply because it's associated with the infinitely more popular game Apex does offer me some hope.

Hmm, it would be cool to see titans in apex, like a legend who’s ultimate is to spawn into a titan for 1 minute with i’ll be it, a small arsenal, but quite a good chunk of health, it’d work kinda like sheila and lifeline’s carepackage in which it lands like an airdrop and anyone can get into it, and exit it at will, but it’ll be restricted to teammates so some nerdface octane runs up and steals it, It wouldnt be nearly indestructible but it’d take a good beatdown to destroy it, lets say about 500 health? Still maybe too much i dunno, also unlike titanfall, it wouldnt have the gas trap, firewall, or other unique movesets that it had, otherwise it’d be unholy meta and everyone would use it, but the weapon would be decently strong but nothing gamebreaking, and hoping out would deactivate the titan rather than setting an auto-pilot, cuz seriously, i’d rather deal with a dude in a mech rather than a dude AND a mech, regardless, it’d also move much slower than the legends while walking, but it can run and be about as fast as a gibby holding a spitfire, so you CAN outrun it Also depending on use of player, a teammate can use their tactical ability within the robot, but only so many legends can, like octane can make it run fast with the stim, wraith can void run with it, i’ll be it not very far, and just for references, fuse can use the cluster rocket (lets just assume he knows about it and all the other legends dont) and lastly, mirage can create a clone of the mech to throw people off, but it’d be definitely less effective... yea still sounds unbalanced but hey, i bet respawn can make it happen

Titans arent allowed within the apex games because none of the legends are pilots. Pilots are genetically enhanced and intensely trained for superior reflexes, strength, and more to handle and survive titan related combat which is what makes them different from grunts and spectres. Bangalore was a grunt type soldier. Titan development isnt difficult but mass producing them is. The imc took over most titan production companies forcing the militia to scavenge, reverse engineer, and steal titans. The Monarch took so long to develop because theur resources and time were spent supplying theur struggling rebellion with working titans. There was no universal black out or else the apex games wouldnt exist as they are a simulated death battle hosted by the apex predators using link tech similar to that used in titan neural link training. This lore is revealed and explained throughout all three games in maps, by developers, and more. There is no need to make a video providing false info.
I heard that the devs said that the reason there is no titans is because it would be to hard to make it work with everything and Valkary does use a titan or at least parts of her dad's titan that's why she can fly
Funny because I remember hearing a scrapper voice line where the announcer says “Warning: TitanFall approaching” or something like that. Fun fact: during first level of titanfall 2 when you encounter 2 soldiers ralking on a cliff, they talk about Apex legends. The game cane out years before apex legends. Just a neat Easter egg.
I don't know why apex don't add a extra section for multi-player matchs Like a titan fall 2 match and u can fight and win rewards that way cause war zone is just a extension to cod main game and fortnite already let players create their own version of matches I just hope they get along with it they bring old titan fall map or maps that go into the lore even further they might even have a titan on display or some we just have to try and uncover a fallen titan and try to steal or get it before the other team does it

sad that besides the cinematics I didn't like season 9 and still prefer Titanfall 2. Apex Legends just became annoying cause the design philosophy is a F2P competitive game with tons of MTX and Loot boxes especially. While TF|2 was build on the premise to offer just pure fun. Which shooter makes it fun to loose besides Titanfall 2 ? No other shooter. Which shooter didn't include a ranked mode? Titanfall 2. Which shooter has a to 99% wholesome AF community ? Titanfall 2. @@targetexx to answer you questiom about Cooper, he was born in 2687 and the battle of Typhon takes place in the year 2715, placing him in his late twenties at the time of the battle. Apex take places 18 years after those events in the year 2733. As far as the Titan surviving, the planet was badly damaged but recovery of objects was definitely possible. Ash was recovered and rebuilt after the planet was destroyed, the Pathfinder novel tells us the IMC recovered functional pieces of the Ark from there, so Valk recovering a helmet and an d robot is 100% possible

I don't agree with this theory, because there was not a huge EMP blast from the destruction of Typhon, which included the whole ark. however the escape ship using a piece of the ark to go FTL is a good statement. I think Titans aren't seen in apex simply becuase the war is over. Imagine how hard it would be for a pilot to get a mission when there's no war. And also bringing a titan into the apex games would be a huge logistical problem, also I believe Titans cost quite alot and no matter how rich these legends might be I don't think they could afford to get a Titan, go through the process of learning to pilot one, and then dropping it into a small scale battlefield.
I can't lie I want to see a legend where their Ultimate is a titan. Like maybe their father was a titan pilot and didn't want their child to grow up without anyone. So they told their titan their new job was to protect their child. The father dies in war and a panic the titan and the child take a long long trip to the Outlands to escape the war. However that caused the child to grow up on a space ship and into a titan pilot with a love for technology and gadgets. Like maybe they have specialized equipment from the frontier they brought to the outlands. And they decided to join the games to make their father proud. And maybe even show him how strong they've become even if he's gone.
This could be a really cool universe for lore and conflict, outside of just being a battle arena game with small characters in a massive galaxy fighting for fame. I would love an open world Titanfall game on multiple planets.
Sense apex legends is a sport and titans are very powerful military equipment I don’t think they would be included in the Apex games and makes sense in the lore too.

Valk never had a Titan, she flew to the destroyed planet Typhon where her father Viper died and recovered his decades old machine. She then had Rampart convert it into the device we see her use in game.

I belive they just moved the titans to storage or a museum, some elite pilots got to keep their titans for show, and some base titans just got back to where they where at the beginning, for farming 😁

@@YoBoyNeptune Titanfall 2 isn't a great source for cannon because it plays fast and loose with batteries, the battery slot will always be full when you're taking one and empty when you're giving one. [edit: the following sentence is not accurate] In T1 (iirc) you drop grenades into doomed titans instead of taking batteries.
That said, you could argue the battery was powering some kind of containment field on the reactor. Otherwise the titan wouldn't explode, it would just run out of power and collapse or something.

Yeah it's been a while since I've played TF1 (obviously, since nobody can now) but I just looked up a clip and it all came back to me: if a titan has a battery you take it, which removes that titan's shield. Otherwise you pull off a panel and shoot into its mechanisms to deal damage.
Side note: I love Titanfall 2, but between the rodeo stuff and the first-person embarks, the first game undeniably did a better job at selling the titans as tangible machines.

Also possible version is that Blisk didn't want titans in his game. He knew how powerful titans were and what destruction can they bring to the arena and Blisk wouldn't afford the repairs after every game. That's why Valkirye didn't fix her father's titan - she had to change it to fit the rules of Apex Games.

I never thought of the Militia losing... According to stuff I read about TF|2, either ingame or in the wiki, after Typhon the IMC was practically dissolved with Vinson and other companies leaving. But you are 100% right about there being no Militia, ACES, 64, Last Resort, or other allied members. Look dude they didn't lose, its clearly stated (and shown in the Gridiron video) the the Militia beat the IMC out of the Frontier and the only reason it isn't mentioned much Is because it simply was desolved, after the war was over, the people of the Frontier worked together to rebuild their homes and everything went back to normal, Infact I think the Frontier is still doing pretty well by the time of Apex.

I just don't see how The Outlands being 20 years away from The Frontier (1 year with a 1-time-use macguffin) works at all. Ash and Blisk being there, Valk retrieving the titan parts from Typhon, etc. Yeah I guess cryo is a convenient excuse, and everyone inclined toward the IMC side would want to flee what is effectively now Militia controlled space (The Frontier).
But I mean more the actual space-travel side of things. The whole point of Titanfall 1 ending the way it did was because of how important fuel was, and that destroying Demeter effectively cut off long distance space travel (and marooned anyone arriving from The Core, so they couldn't jump around The Frontier). So short of everyone finding their footing and rebuilding continent-sized refueling facilities, how is anyone in their right mind making that huge trip to The Outlands? And if everything is stable again, I think the IMC would be getting their reinforcements from The Core. I mean, unless The Core sputtered out and died in those few decades... They *were* struggling for resources, that was the point of taking them from The Frontier.

Although balance is clearly an issue, I feel like a titan would not be that overpowered at all. Come to think of it, it would be a pretty big target with slower movement, and if they added rodeoing that could hinder its abilities.

Titans are still being used. They are used in normal daily things, farming, policing, probably mining and transportation.
In the beggining of titanfall 2 they show them using titans for farming, in Valkyries thing they show policing and mining just makes sense to use titans and transportation, when BT7274 but the thing in him he it felt completely natural. Like that it was a normal thing.

A standard emp throws around a general field that gets weaker the farther it travels, a pulse or ion emp though DOESNT loose much if any energy through space as it travels.
Think of it like how a magnatar works for example the Crab Nebula has a pulsar that literally can rip atoms from objects via magnetic field.
So assuming it’s an normal emp style attack then yes they could very well survive if just shut off during the assault.
If it’s ion then it’s full on formatting/deletion of literal atoms in the cpu disks

I like that they don't put the titans in Apex. It makes titanfall even more special knowing that they get to keep something unique about the game.
It would be cool if TF3’s story was about the imc trying to retake the frontier mid apex so apex games are disbanded and we see old Jack Cooper make a cameo in BT that he had brought back to life using the Helmet AI, would be lovely. But all these ideas are fantasies and possibilities that will never happen since Respawn is no linger a game creating company, they just run apex.
We may not get TF3 but it's been revealed that Respawn is working on a single player game that is set I'm the Apex universe, so it's entirely likely we'll be getting something along these lines

I am very late to the party but I think that some or most remaining (usable) titans would've been re purposed for agricultural means. You can see what I'm thinking if you rewatch the intro to TF2. In one short shot, you can see a titan carrying a tree and another picking up a crate on a farm. Edit: added some detail.
My theory for why there are no more Titan was that, sense there is no more war, Hammond robotics stopped the manufacturing of titans and focused on the MRVN’s to help with the apex games or other stuff. All titans that where still around would be scrapped and reused as not to waste more resources
In context of the lore, I believe the Apex Games (a televised sport) are supposed to be a mix between airsoft and WWE… so no need for Titans.
The better question is why do we just drop our jumpkits as soon as we land, only to pick up new ones when we use jump towers or Valk ult. It's pretty lame.
Tbh, I just think Titans would just be unfair for non pilot legends (you know, those that are not Wraith or Valkyrie, maybe also Revenant), especially Mirage and Pathfinder. The first one because he would just panic so much when inside one, and the other because they don't even have the circuits and software for a neural link (because don't forget you still need one to be able to pilot a Titan properly, even with Combat Titan training.)
And even then, I don't think Titans would be able to be balanced anyways, I'm sure would either be too strong or too weak, because of its design. A Titan kills a Pilot by shooting on them, but with a melee, or a step on them, and all of those options are strong enough to be 1 to 3 shots enemies, due to design in-universe and for development. There's also factors like sound, movement, health, and all that, it's gonna be a nightmare to balance. There's no way Apex Legends would have Titans, unless special events allows something similar, like smaller mechs that exposes the Legend Piloting it, or reused parts of them put on a Legend, like Valkyrie's uses of Viper's Northstar.
Its said that when a pilot and titan are linked together, it can only be stopped by two things. A overwhelming force i.e an soldier garrison with lots of firepower, or an equal i.e another pilot and their titan. Lore wise and gameplay wise it makes sense why titans arn’t allowed in what is a fairly primal match of last one standing.

Ok a lot of apex haters in the comments are confused. It wasn’t the emp that got rid of the Titans, they simply got phased out because the war was over. They simply were not needed anymore, so they got destroyed and new technology made them obsolete
I believe that they were kept for security like in cities or just in case of war and probably the Titans reverted back for construction and agricultural uses like the ones shown in the beginning of titanfall 2’s cinematic.

The old titans don't rely on batteries, same as the new ones. The batteries just power shields and help with weapon systems. But they also have reactors which are their core energy source.

Considering Apex is set roughly 30 years after TF2 the IMC and Frontier Militia are just things from the past so since those 2 massive factions aren't at war anymore (That we know of) it makes sense for massive pieces of tech like Titans to be retired and probably locked away somewhere which is why so little characters actually have Titan tech at all.

Sorry dude but you're actually 100% wrong. It is a direct continuation of the story set about 17 years after the events of Titanfall 2. Ash is direct proof of that, you see her memories of getting crushed by Jack Cooper in her launch trailer from season 11.

You can argue that Apex is a spin off game, sure, but you have no ground to stand on when it comes to the story. It's not just "character connections", we have some of the same people from Titanfall in this game like Ash and Blisk. Characters in this game fought in the Titan wars, like Bangalore and her brother who escaped the final conflict of that war. She was even shown being stabbed by a pilot. We have characters like Valkyrie who literally built her jetpack out of Viper's wrecked Titan after she recovered it from the ruins of the Planet Typhon.
Apex isn't Titanfall 3, but it is a direct story sequel to Titanfall 2 whether you like it or not.

not really, an electromagnetic pulse as such does not take away the energy from a nuclear battery, it only renders the components useless but it is enough that they repair them to make them work again not to mention that some planets could have maintained their energy because in the universe of titanfall and apenx are specified to already use function energy that cannot be affected by an electromagnetic pulse.
As disappointed as I was with the non inclusion of Titans in Apex, the idea that more people might just care for a Titanfall 3 simply because it's associated with the infinitely more popular game Apex does offer me some hope.

Hmm, it would be cool to see titans in apex, like a legend who’s ultimate is to spawn into a titan for 1 minute with i’ll be it, a small arsenal, but quite a good chunk of health, it’d work kinda like sheila and lifeline’s carepackage in which it lands like an airdrop and anyone can get into it, and exit it at will, but it’ll be restricted to teammates so some nerdface octane runs up and steals it,
It wouldnt be nearly indestructible but it’d take a good beatdown to destroy it, lets say about 500 health? Still maybe too much i dunno, also unlike titanfall, it wouldnt have the gas trap, firewall, or other unique movesets that it had, otherwise it’d be unholy meta and everyone would use it, but the weapon would be decently strong but nothing gamebreaking, and hoping out would deactivate the titan rather than setting an auto-pilot, cuz seriously, i’d rather deal with a dude in a mech rather than a dude AND a mech, regardless, it’d also move much slower than the legends while walking, but it can run and be about as fast as a gibby holding a spitfire, so you CAN outrun it
Also depending on use of player, a teammate can use their tactical ability within the robot, but only so many legends can, like octane can make it run fast with the stim, wraith can void run with it, i’ll be it not very far, and just for references, fuse can use the cluster rocket (lets just assume he knows about it and all the other legends dont) and lastly, mirage can create a clone of the mech to throw people off, but it’d be definitely less effective... yea still sounds unbalanced but hey, i bet respawn can make it happen

Militia forces fight for the front tier, it doesn't matter if they won they'd stay in the frontier, so of course you can't see them in the outlands
Titans arent allowed within the apex games because none of the legends are pilots. Pilots are genetically enhanced and intensely trained for superior reflexes, strength, and more to handle and survive titan related combat which is what makes them different from grunts and spectres. Bangalore was a grunt type soldier.
Titan development isnt difficult but mass producing them is. The imc took over most titan production companies forcing the militia to scavenge, reverse engineer, and steal titans. The Monarch took so long to develop because theur resources and time were spent supplying theur struggling rebellion with working titans.
There was no universal black out or else the apex games wouldnt exist as they are a simulated death battle hosted by the apex predators using link tech similar to that used in titan neural link training.
This lore is revealed and explained throughout all three games in maps, by developers, and more. There is no need to make a video providing false info.

I heard that the devs said that the reason there is no titans is because it would be to hard to make it work with everything and Valkary does use a titan or at least parts of her dad's titan that's why she can fly

Simple answer: None of the Legends are Pilots, even Wraith who used to be one back for the IMC.
Instead of being something you could control i think of at least adding parts or titans that are not working around the map, adding some lore

A lot more TitanFall content was supposed to be in Apex but we’re scrapped, like wallrunning and Titans, but they scrapped it because TitanFall is dead and Respawn don’t wanna talk about it anymore

I don't know why apex don't add a extra section for multi-player matchs Like a titan fall 2 match and u can fight and win rewards that way cause war zone is just a extension to cod main game and fortnite already let players create their own version of matches I just hope they get along with it they bring old titan fall map or maps that go into the lore even further they might even have a titan on display or some we just have to try and uncover a fallen titan and try to steal or get it before the other team does it

They are still reapers around which are basically smaller drone Titans; I think the best explanation still is: Titans are special equipment which is on its own very uncommen and very rarely used for niche operations.

Apex Legends just became annoying cause the design philosophy is a F2P competitive game with tons of MTX and Loot boxes especially.
While TF|2 was build on the premise to offer just pure fun. Which shooter makes it fun to loose besides Titanfall 2 ? No other shooter.
Which shooter didn't include a ranked mode? Titanfall 2.
Which shooter has a to 99% wholesome AF community ? Titanfall 2.

Sorry Apex Legends is dead to me after having Played Titanfall 2 especially the toxicity in Apex and the monetization are disgusting not to mention the horrendous matching for returning players in arenas. Like how does the game expect me to beat people that basically breath apex legends and know every engine level trick and every balance Change. Maybe a ranked mode would fix that or at least skill based matchmaking under the hood, but I guess that won't be happening soon.
So I will keep playing TF|2 and watch the Apex Cinematics in the hope that they will eventually solve the "cliffhanger" light (reference to a cola light, since the story is complete, BUT if you are careful in the credits there is an hint that that basically acts as a cliffhanger once decoded.).
There are also no pilots in apex. And don't say Valkyrie she's a ship pilot not an titan.

Is that so? How do you explain Blisk, Ash, and Viper existing in the Apex universe? Vipers daughter literally picked up his destroyed Titan from the remnants of the destroyed planet Typhon and used it to have her new jumpkit built.
@@MeatyYogurt then you explain how his northstar and helmet were able to survive getting ripped apart from BT, getting shot by Cooper, crashing into the planet, then the planet exploding. Also explain the wacked out timeline as Cooper is in his late twenties but in the apex universe during the war it would put Cooper about 15-16 years old.
@@targetexx to answer you questiom about Cooper, he was born in 2687 and the battle of Typhon takes place in the year 2715, placing him in his late twenties at the time of the battle. Apex take places 18 years after those events in the year 2733.
As far as the Titan surviving, the planet was badly damaged but recovery of objects was definitely possible. Ash was recovered and rebuilt after the planet was destroyed, the Pathfinder novel tells us the IMC recovered functional pieces of the Ark from there, so Valk recovering a helmet and an d robot is 100% possible
ya thats just really wrong, i mean read the pathfinder book and they even talk about how famous jack cooper and bt are. they are pretty much folk heros

@@Kolossus_ the bare minimum I’m expecting is that they somehow found a way to get Titans working again as the first technology they rediscover. Like recovering an STC in 40k. They have slightly different designs but are fundamentally the same thing

I don't agree with this theory, because there was not a huge EMP blast from the destruction of Typhon, which included the whole ark. however the escape ship using a piece of the ark to go FTL is a good statement. I think Titans aren't seen in apex simply becuase the war is over. Imagine how hard it would be for a pilot to get a mission when there's no war. And also bringing a titan into the apex games would be a huge logistical problem, also I believe Titans cost quite alot and no matter how rich these legends might be I don't think they could afford to get a Titan, go through the process of learning to pilot one, and then dropping it into a small scale battlefield.
I can't lie I want to see a legend where their Ultimate is a titan. Like maybe their father was a titan pilot and didn't want their child to grow up without anyone. So they told their titan their new job was to protect their child.
The father dies in war and a panic the titan and the child take a long long trip to the Outlands to escape the war. However that caused the child to grow up on a space ship and into a titan pilot with a love for technology and gadgets. Like maybe they have specialized equipment from the frontier they brought to the outlands.
And they decided to join the games to make their father proud. And maybe even show him how strong they've become even if he's gone.

Sense apex legends is a sport and titans are very powerful military equipment I don’t think they would be included in the Apex games and makes sense in the lore too.

The only way you’ll take down a experienced titan, is if they are distracted and you got the luck last shot, while your teammate titan assist by 90% of its damage lol

Valk never had a Titan, she flew to the destroyed planet Typhon where her father Viper died and recovered his decades old machine. She then had Rampart convert it into the device we see her use in game.
@@MeatyYogurt it was still a titan in her possession. I am aware its her families titan. But its still a titan that she had. Unless that machine isn't a titan but I'm pretty sure its classified as a titan. Yea she made it into a jetpack but she still was able to hold onto the titan.
I belive they just moved the titans to storage or a museum, some elite pilots got to keep their titans for show, and some base titans just got back to where they where at the beginning, for farming 😁
