I mean I’m pretty sure Bangalore and Newcastle were pilots in training just like jack cooper but unlike jack they just never got to piloting actual titans so it kinda makes sense that two of them could maybe take down one pilot (if jack can kill multiple highly skilled mercenaries two pilots in training can probably kill a pilot)
@@wafflelover5999 in the lore Newcastle has received a pilot certificate and a titan and Bangalore was arguably similar skill level to cooper since she was also a very skilled riflemen, since Newcastle was Bangalore’s brother he did teach her a lot about being a pilot. Most of us don't _hate_ Apex per se, it's just frustrating that one of the best shooter games, gameplay wise and lore wise, was completely abandoned by the devs, had it's lore and universe gutted, and was basically unplayable due to neglect for the past few years... ...because a battle royale made more money.
also the whole shift to heroes. the latest games in general have been revolving around characters and their 1 dimensional personalities. I hope TF3 still has pilots that aren't character archetypes like legends
i do hate the game. it's horrible the community is as bad as you'd expect from a BR microtransactions are ass legends are ass the whole game leans a lot on real life politics which i despise in games lore is ass ranked has actually devolved since release heirlooms are overpriced which would have have been the only cosmetics worth getting if they weren't more than a triple a game at full price and the game still runs at 24 tick servers for a competitive shooter which just leaves me speechless.
Cause it made money period. I wonder if they'd even still be around if they hadn't made Apex. Maybe the part of the company that made Star Wars games would be all that was left.
@@0ri well, they do have shareholders to impress and quotas to hit regardless. If tf3 happens it will almost definitely have apex-level microtransactions, but if it justifies its existence, then whatever. I do hope they at least keep camos as unlockables through gameplay.

same. Titanfall 2's monetisation system is by far the BEST system ever in a game - you only pay for what you want (camo packs, prime titan skins etc). absolutely NO RNG (advocate gift, yes but you can buy with credits if you REEEAALLLLYYY want the banner/camo/patch etc) or lootbox bs Apex is basically a gambling sim with the lootbox bs.
The worst Part is that Titan Fall 2 was the most Solid Shooter we have had for years. A game like titanfall is exactly what we needed and still need in gaming. The first one fumbled by not having any story and being exclusive. Most people where still mad about that by the time 2 came out, despite 2 having taken and applied 100% of the critisizm. It was a badass game. I remember playing the Titanfall beta and i will never forget calling down my titan for the very first time and the chills it gave me.
I have a weird pipe dream that someday ALL of the crazy movement shooters would get put into a single game as different Classes. Ultrakill, Splatoon, Titanfall 2, and Team Fortress 2 somehow all being in the same firefight together and NOT completely breaking balance would be a miracle.
Titanfall 2 is my all time top shooter. But my all time second place is battlefield 1. It sucks that titanfall has been neglected and pushed to the side every day since launch
@@ED-gw9rg Let's never forget Tribes... Able to continuously buildup momentum. Also, not classes but custom loadout. You can have the ability you want, with the gun you want, with the attachments you want and the tools you want. Screw the whole specialist / hero stuff we have now.
I still can’t wrap my head fully around why people look at all the movement tricks and genuine badassery of Titanfall and go “naw, I’d rather play a version of this that’s dumbed down where I have to scavenge for guns”
Lol, as someone who has fun with both games, I sort of get this sentiment. However, the main thing that Apex does that appeals to me is increased teamplay. I have a lot more fun playing with friends on Apex as it feels more like an actual team, while in Titanfall, mainly as a pilot, it feels less connected.
@@peamut547 I switched over from playing CS to apex because I wanted a better team experience that is more consistent. That's the magic of apex, and battle royale's as a whole.

One of the other lore-related things that really annoys me is how everybody seems to know everybody. Mirage's mom made the Holo suit, and he's related to the guys from frontier defense, and his brothers died in the war, and Ash made Pathfinder, and Horizon made the time travel device, and Bangalore and Newcastle were going to be pilots, and Viper's daughter, Valkyrie is there, who turned his Titan into a suit with help from Rampart, and Blisk made the Apex Games, and Hammond made Revenant, and I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting, but it just seems like they're trying to make as many callbacks as possible, while also making everyone have history with someone else. that's like saying everyone in the NBA were friends with each other in second grade, and all just so happened to be professionals at the same sport, at the same time, on the same team. The legends are essentially just athletes, but they're off reassembling robot people with parts from other dimensions, or trying to break into some company to kill another robot. I realize I'm drifting away from Titanfall lore here, but Respawn is basically doing, "Remember this? Remember them?" and it's annoying...
the worst thing I've ever seen is that Bangalore survived a punch from a Pilot THAT IS STRAIGHT BULL. We know for a fact, and not from just in game mechanics, that Pilots have enough augmented strength to kill with a punch if they wanted to. And Bangalore walked away from that punch like it was nothing
I mean... to be fair, wraith was meta for a long ass time, and she's one of the few legends who was a pilot. But Apex's lore makes no sense, considering Ash and Revenant should undoubtedly be the deadliest legends, and both were... not great for a long while.

Two teams fighting each other for points isn't exactly original, either. Let's face it, Titanfall is simple since it is based on COD. Games like Doom Eternal and Ultrakill are the true technical shooters. Titanfall players are at the area where they can boast that they have greater skill than other fps players because multiplayer arena fps is dead. Titanfall is closer to COD than it is to Quake.
@johncarl5505 What? it is a fps movement shooter it's closer to dirty bomb then it is cod. But what does titanfall players talking about skill have do with anything?
@uboa8060 I never said it was an arena fps, I just said it wasn't original. There are more fps games with 2 teams fighting each other than there are battle royales, so it's funny when people call Apex an unoriginal fps and think Titanfall is original. As for the arena fps comment, I'm just pointing out the fact that some people think Titanfall is a hidden gem because of its advanced movement, when there are other fps games with way more technical movement that died as well. There's nothing special about Titanfall.

It’s because Apex is a lesser version of Titanfall in every single way. Everything from the titans to the movement system to the gameplay that made Titanfall great is completely gone or reduced to the point of being unnoticeable. Apex is a soulless cash grab of a game with a nothingburger story and COD like gameplay all packed into a boring arena shooter. And what’s worse is instead of just letting apex be it’s own thing they insist on doing all these silly callbacks and references to draw in or pander to the Titanfall crowd but the issue is I want Titanfall not a mediocre arena shooter with a bunch of references to Titanfall.

Apex flatout has a much less fluid style of movement, even at its best it is worse than Titanfall. When I play a game in that universe I want to play it being able to jump around like a frog on meth, not an elderly bulldog on dental anesthetic. @@yurilopes420 There is a film here on RUclips called "A love letter to Titanfall movement system". Try to do even half of the things shown there in Apex. You won't
My issue is with Apex compared to Titanfall is the movement. Like why do I have to be stuck in the mud, walking around like a mortal man when I should be wallrunning at 100 mph and barely touching the ground. Theres probably a balance explanation for this but that doesn't really matter to me, if the game needs to be less fun to work then I'm not interested.
That's how exactly how I feel. I hate how in titanfall 2 the meta is roof camping with an SMG, it makes outplaying a lot harder and less fun because I can't just bounce around a person or his teammates will all target you on a roof. it was never this bad at least on PC. On console is still the same SMG and movement is meta.
thats literally a skill issue and thats when i think titanfall players just talk out their asses i never played titanfall at the time but its legit my fav fps that i never played having said that, apex is definitely not a "im stretching through the mud at a snail's pace". that's what it is when you're trash the difference of titanfall and apex is, titanfall has hard baked EXTREMELY fun mechanics like wallrunning the titans and shit. apex is a way more organic game in which most mechanics (movement mechanics in this case) came from trial and error and abusing the game's engine and it's limitations we dont have wallrunning but we have wallbouncing, which i think most players would agree it's objectively more skill expressive we dont have all that speed and shit but you have momentum conservation, and wallbouncing, into a perfect ledge dash, into a slope, jumping tapstrafe, etc, you can cross like half the map extremely quickly again, im not on some "apex > titanfall" bullshit, but yall using arguments that are literally just wrong. apex IS slower than titanfall but it's not like m2 compared to fucking infinite warfare. it's just a little bit slow, and it's not even THAT slow granted you know what the fuck you're doing

Why did T2 have to get mugged in a back alley and shot three times in the head, twice in the chest, and five times in the nuts. Yet Apex is swaddled like a newborn.
I mean, it's pretty simple. The reason we didn't get more support for titanfall 2 was because they were busy working on Apex. The reason we didn't get a titanfall 3 till maybe now is because of apex.
Titanfall used to be a space western with semi hard sci fi aspects. Now we have people with magic powers and using black holes to generate energy. Fuck APEX.
I hate Apex because, simply put, it isn’t very good to begin with, and the fact that it comes off the heels of Titanfall 2 is insulting Everything about Apex is just a neutered version of Titanfall. Less movement options, less customization, no titans, no campaign, no characters that you even want to try to care about, and a “story” that is built entirely off of reveal trailers rather than gameplay, and even then, the lore of Apex is disjointed and inconsistent as it, at times, directly contradicts the lore of Titanfall, making it feel even more insulting Titanfall is better in every single way, and it feels awful knowing that EA and Respawn stopped caring about it for so long Not only is Apex a HORRIBLE game, it’s fucking insulting. It feels like EA wanted Titanfall to fail without realizing why people actually like it
The lore of Apex is also extremely tame, where is Titanfall is a bit darker. Don't get me wrong its not Spec Ops The Line, but in Apex Legends, the Apex Predators (I hesitate to even call them that) look like a bunch of social media influencers. In Titanfall, the (real) Apex Predators were cutting the ears off of corpses to make "trophies", they're supposed to be violent war criminals.
@@declanjones8888 EXACTLY! It's almost insulting to hear Respawn say "Titanfall is the core of our DNA" when they water it down to fit it into Apex. Could it have been better than Titanfall? Maybe. Honestly for me it really just came down to the movement. Titanfall 2 has some of my favorite movement mechanics in any game. When apex came out I was excited to see maybe a new and further developed form of that same movement system. Instead I felt slow and clunky while playing and even reintroduced mechanics like the grappling hook felt weak compared to what they once were
For real. And what's sad, they could have offered a truly unique BR gaming experience that would have been exclusive to Apex. It could have been that but instead they went with the "appeal to a younger audience" play.
@@sanjidandelioni think apex does enough to set itself apart, i mean its the only relevant game that is a hero shooter in the br genre. and for your second statement about "appealing to a younger audience" doesnt hold up very well since basically every squad i find are at least 16-mid 20's and up. of course there are exceptions but unless the average 'gamer' age suddenly jumped to 30 or 40 i wouldnt say it appealed to younger audiences i.e squeakers/fortnite kids. i imagine you say this because of how the game is more colorful and is more light hearted than your usual darker toned, grey, green, and brown color palette games but to call it sad is a bit of an exaggeration.
Titanfall 2 is a highly underrated gem. Apex was going to be what the community and devs wanted, but EA made it for what was trendy at the time. I just imagine that in a different timeline EA released TF|2 at a good time and it just ruled the gaming industry and became the “main trend” game
Ea had no say in apex though when titanfall 3 was development, respawn told them to trust them when they were making a BR because PUBG was trending at the time and they felt confident about it
Here's my guess: They are going to release Titanfall 3 as... "Apex Legends 2: Titanfall 3". For kicker, they are going to force updates so all Titanfall become subtitle.
In short: apex gets the unearned spotlight and Respawn/EA have the audacity to use titanfall to bring clout to apex ( which imo we wont get a titanfall 3 and all of this is some hype to put more content on apex )
Btw EA wanted Titanfall 3, respawn worked on it for 10 months then decided to make it a battle royal without EA's permission. This was confirmed by the head developer of the time (it's some Arabic name I can't remember) as a Titanfall fan this is super sad.
i dont care if it has a battle pass, i don't care if it has a battle royale mode, I don't care if it has predatory monetization. just give us good movement and giant robots in a simple arena style shooter and the people will be happy
Tried to play Apex with Titanfall and Titanfall 2 in mind. The movement is so stale compared to Titanfall 2. Bring an Apex only player into Titanfall 2 multiplayer and watch them get wiped constantly.
The movement before release was much more faster, they purposefully nerfed it for whatever reason it is, probably to shape it into a less coherent game than what it used to be, then dump millions of micro transactions and get endless recolors to launder in money, basically their marketing strategy at this point.
I wouldn't be surprised if EA actually did the occasional small thing to intentionally piss off Titanfall fans. As they say, any publicity is good publicity.
2:11 honestly the reaper seemed fine in kill code part 3, you can take down a reaper with a car by yourself, so having multiple people shoot at it would cause it to die pretty quick

Having Crypto's sword cut straight through the Reaper's arm makes no sense seeing as the actual thing does 30 dmg per hit, and Loba is just as uninteresting as when she joined the games.
Also the team behind Respawn was the team behind the older CoD games like Modern Warfare I and II. They pitched Titanfall to Activision and got kicked soon after the release of MWII, meaning Activision knew exactly what Respawn would do with EA and the new Titanfall IP. Bobby Kotick basically produced three shitty "Titanfall-like" games that were more popular than Titanfall itself because of the CoD IP and overshadowed the better game. This is one way to explain the commercial failure of Titanfall 1 & 2.
The thing I hate most about apex is that it’s a low effort copy/paste of titanfall. The weapons, abilities, lore, world, characters- all of it. But it is successful because it chased a trend and has micro transactions and a battle pass.
At 1:45, Bangalore's hands would've turned into minced meat and the knife would go straight through her. We are talking about a pilot here. A pilot that can send 80kg man/simulacrum **flying** with a single punch
Things I'd like to point out : 1. Bangalore should have died from being punched by that pilot, as seen in Titanfall, pilots can easily kill another pilot with 1 singular punch or kick. 2.Plus, the pilot should have easily won the fight against Bangalore. Pilots are highly trained supersoldier type dudes. 3. The reaper should have been smaller to represent how they ACTUALLY look, as a reaper (based on my view) is 2-3 feet taller than a pilot. 4. The reaper took a while to start shooting, and it had plenty of time to shoot the other dudes just standing there in a group, and MAY I MENTION, reapers have high mobility and can jump from roof to roof, and I'm surprised it didn't just jump on top of the other legends, crushing them.
In the lore I’m pretty sure Bangalore and Newcastle were both pilots in training like jack cooper was except they never got to pilot a titan like cooper did so it’s pretty reasonable to assume both of them could maybe take down one pilot
My favorite problem is every time TitanFall 2 made a come back respawn would try to redirect the popularity back to apex which has completely different gameplay and lore
I come from the future, and fairs to say that I feel as dead as apex lore. Considering that nothing happened, but that’s okay. The community will always have that titanfall spirit no matter what. And it’s us that’ll revive the universe
1:29 whoever made the decision to launch Titanfall 2, a lesser known shooter, between the two biggest shooter releases of the year, including making it compete with one of their own titles, either wanted Titanfall 2 to fail, or should never ever *ever* be anywhere near marketing decisions ever again.
I would not surprised if all these so called teasers for TF2/TF3 is leading up to a conduit reveal trailer. I mean it was leaked that conduits backstory is part of TF lore
No wall running or double jump and only getting to use grappling hook every 20 or 30 seconds or whatever sucks but i play apex more now because my friends play it but what i really want is a multiplayer Titanfall campaign more than anything.
as a titanfall 2 player, I hate apex cause of it's neutered movement (and don't like brs, but not the point). Every single character has a jumpkit, every single character should have pilot movement.
I don't mind the lore too much. It was just sad to see tf2 being unplayable for almost 2 years, considering Apex just isn't nearly as fun or accessable to less sweaty players
Yeah i hated it when team fortress 2 had bots in most casual servers. Good thing valve actually listened to their playerbase and made it playable again
Simple. Despite having the same "Gunplay", they remove the unique movement mechanics, and the Titans themselves, while also replacing the snappy, fast, exhilarating TTK with bullet sponge, mag dump, "I'm 2 mags in and this guy isn't dead." Taking one of the best shooters and turning it into a worse version of the most generic shit out there.
Its a question as old as time but ultimately. Titanfall fans dislike Apex because originally the game was going to be the Titanfall 3 we all want but then it turned into a Titanfall battle royale and then.. a Hero shooter battle royale staring the Legends I think Titanfall fans also dislike Apex (and Respawn) become Respawn was planning on making a single player Titanfall spinoff but they cancelled it upon the failure of Apex Season 15 so they had to focus all their efforts on fixing Apex with Season 16
“A pilot can only be stopped by an overwhelming force… or an equal”
Apex devs: Ima pretend I didn’t see that.
I don't know about anything Apex, but those guys who killed that pilot looked like some villagers.

Apex is basically a gambling sim with the lootbox bs.

Yup
Two teams fighting each other for points isn't exactly original, either. Let's face it, Titanfall is simple since it is based on COD.
@@robotface42Oi haven't play titanfall well i did once, after returning to apex i was like danm im slow
thats literally a skill issue and thats when i think titanfall players just talk out their asses
i never played titanfall at the time but its legit my fav fps that i never played
having said that, apex is definitely not a "im stretching through the mud at a snail's pace". that's what it is when you're trash
the difference of titanfall and apex is, titanfall has hard baked EXTREMELY fun mechanics like wallrunning the titans and shit. apex is a way more organic game in which most mechanics (movement mechanics in this case) came from trial and error and abusing the game's engine and it's limitations
we dont have wallrunning but we have wallbouncing, which i think most players would agree it's objectively more skill expressive
we dont have all that speed and shit but you have momentum conservation, and wallbouncing, into a perfect ledge dash, into a slope, jumping tapstrafe, etc, you can cross like half the map extremely quickly
again, im not on some "apex > titanfall" bullshit, but yall using arguments that are literally just wrong. apex IS slower than titanfall but it's not like m2 compared to fucking infinite warfare. it's just a little bit slow, and it's not even THAT slow granted you know what the fuck you're doing
@yurilopes420 You apex players are annoying. You left over 20 comments defending this awful trash of a game. And the use of emojies too...my gosh. No one takes you seriously.
I'm so glad Apex is getting mostly negative on screen. Hope it stays that way too.
The movement of apex legends is a joke compared to TF2. I just watched a vid on wall-bouncing...I'll take frame perfect wall hops to gain ludicrous speed over that any day. Write all the books you want, preface everything you say with "most gamers agree" even but this fortnite pig slop speaks for itself.
People want a serious deep and dark story, but instead they get colorful clowns that kind of look like something you flush down the toilet.
Because it is the reason why there's no Titanfall 3
Fuckin battle royals are a plague.
that is objectively wrong
titanfall didnt make any money. they wouldnt give it up and go to apex if it gave money. yall dont seem to have common sense
TF3 would NEVER have existed in this world granted titanfall 2 was as big of a flop as it was
also what the fuck does the genre battle royale have anything to do with anything lmao
@@yurilopes420 The main reason of TF2 never making money is the release date.
I interviewed a former EA marketing employee and he said that EA and respawn were discussing wherher to release TF2 in feb or oct and they chose october
they had one job
@@xdom3641 the guy I interviewed also said he was on the side of releasing the game in feb. imagine a world where TF was released on its own where it could become the best fps of all time
@@Shigzmi maybe then I would have heard of it several years earlier and would have been playing it much longer. I only discovered it after apex came out, and now it's replaced apex for me for about a year
I feel like I recall seeing somewhere that it was Respawn’s decision too.
That's why it's a conspiracy. Could EA make Respawn release TF|2 in October? Probably, but every info we have points to Respawn wanting to release the game in October.
Why did T2 have to get mugged in a back alley and shot three times in the head, twice in the chest, and five times in the nuts. Yet Apex is swaddled like a newborn.
My toxic trait is becoming a fan of franchises that drag my respect through the mud (halo, Destiny, titanfall)
Fuck APEX.
I hate Apex because, simply put, it isn’t very good to begin with, and the fact that it comes off the heels of Titanfall 2 is insulting
Everything about Apex is just a neutered version of Titanfall. Less movement options, less customization, no titans, no campaign, no characters that you even want to try to care about, and a “story” that is built entirely off of reveal trailers rather than gameplay, and even then, the lore of Apex is disjointed and inconsistent as it, at times, directly contradicts the lore of Titanfall, making it feel even more insulting
Titanfall is better in every single way, and it feels awful knowing that EA and Respawn stopped caring about it for so long
Not only is Apex a HORRIBLE game, it’s fucking insulting.
What sucks is that Apex could've been truly great, because a game that centers itself around a faction of war criminals and exiles could be legitimately amazing. Could it have been better than Titanfall? Maybe. A lot of core aspects of Titanfall (and especially the grittiness of Titanfall 1) would've fit so well in that kind of game, but it feels like they just wanted to make it safe for new players during the BR craze
I can't deny that it worked at least in terms of sales, but I would've loved to see what this game COULD be, rather than what it became
I'm currently no contact with one of my oldest friends because he told me that "Apex legends is better then Titanfall ever was and that I need to get guuuud" on a battle Royale game where everyone uses the exact same "meta" to win
You are aware that almost all shooters have a meta right
@@raymondtomas2294 dont tell him about people wanting to win 🤣🤣
as if there is no meta in titanfall, there's legit a dude up there saying "i got into a lobby in TF2 where the whole enemy team had spitfires and car's behind Awalls camping".... yeah imagine that, people tryharding in a fun game😂😂
It could have been fights built in a city map designed to support wall running or we could have been in a training facility, even one of those virtual simulation things they had back in TF2.
That's interesting because coming from Fortnite and Warzone Apex felt incredibly smooth
@@harmoencompared to them definitely, but it was still a horrendous movement nerf compared to titanfall 2
@harmoen obviously, compared to those games yeah. But it's no where near what it used to be.
As someone who loves both Apex and Titanfall, fuck Apex
Titanfall 2 is a highly underrated gem. If they were to bother to give a damn about Titanfall 3, they'd have an instant hit, given how everyone I speak to on the matter says "Titanfall 3 yes, Apex Legends no". Hell, a couple friends and I still hop into Frontier Defense from time to time. I'd personally like a TF3 as I never got into the MP of the second, like I did with the first. Still a blast though. And gahd dayum, that campaign was amazing. Short, but oh so sweet/tender.
I don’t think Titanfall fans hate apex I think they just hate the thought of what apex could’ve been , also the reaper thing is true , those things would’ve destroyed the legends in close range combat
Its really just so sad how much EA mistreats it’s own titles, just as Titanfall is being fixed, the damn pvz shooter franchise is becoming unplayable on pc from hackers banning people
Respawn/EA: we saw you throwing rocks at apex fans again
Titanfall fans: why do they get to have all the fun??
imagine a parallel universe where titanfall 2 didn't got released between bf and cod
A long Grrt video is always hype!
imagine you are your parents favorite son and full of potential . until suddenly your parents stop supporting you to allocate all of their resource to your younger brother because he is following a trend better (BR)
If this whole buildup is just cooper being added to apex and not TF|3 I will commit a hate crime
My god I didn’t know this was a possibility but after reading I second this
Apex is like the devs OC in the titanfall universe. If you really follow the lore, yes, pilots die a lot during a conflict, but they don't die to grunts like Bangalore and New Castle. It's implied they followed pilot training, but they obviously failed since they were grunts💀
Halo,Titanfall,Half-life,Team Fortress,

As someone who's never played a TF game, seeing how strong the TF fanbase and how RSPN is fixing TF2 makes me hope that the fanbase get a new game because I'm a huge fan of the Mirror's Edge franchise and DICE has basically given up on it and its died which is sad because it's my favourite game, so it's nice to see another franchise get fixes and a new game hopefully greenlit in the future because It makes the players happy!
apex is titanfall with less movment options
@@suop5252 Worse guns too, the weaponry in Titanfall 2 don't feel like nerf guns.
@@suop5252 apex has a LOT of movement tricks, but most of them are based around firefights whereas most of the tech in tf|2 was developed for speedrunning

TF2's movement was made based on older shooters, and it shows, devs were allowed to make maps like crazy, and have an inhouse poll on which maps were the best to play around in, which makes it gameplay first and everything else second, the best method of making maps for a pvp mode.
apex's entire system of engagement is the same as any other br, rng based lootdrops with areas of better rng, making them more sought after by the skilled players, followed by time to recover and get ready for the next firefight.
TF2 is just> ME GO NYOOOM AND SHOOT 24/7 with movement tech and weapon skills integrated

Apex robbed us Titanfall 2 fans from ever getting titanfall 3…
i played Apex first and when i heard Titanfall 2 5 dollars sale back in 2020, i bought it and the movement blew my mind away. The movement is so quick and crazy but the gun is made to be more accurate to compensate the movement so you can kill enemies why flying like spiderman.
after that i just cannot came back to Apex knowing that the movement is just mid and Mozambique and CAR is deadly in Titanfall 2, unlike in Apex. And even if i played Apex again the only character I play is Pathfinder because of grappling hook.
Oh, and where's my Legion titan in Apex? Nowhere? I mean who doesn't love a giant robot with flappy ass and a giant minigun?
Legion is peak
"car is deadly in titanfall unlike in apex", well that's really fair, in apex you have to *hit your shots*
As someone who got into gaming bc of titanfall on xbox one its sad to see it get neglected by its parents 😢
Why does EA not want to make history? It's like they don't see the potential Financial boom that's going to happen when they just ANNOUNCE the development of the next game
Apex was going to be what the community and devs wanted, but EA made it for what was trendy at the time.
I just imagine that in a different timeline EA released TF|2 at a good time and it just ruled the gaming industry and became the “main trend” game
Ea had no say in apex though when titanfall 3 was development, respawn told them to trust them when they were making a BR because PUBG was trending at the time and they felt confident about it
Too bad. Would rather have a trendy ip that sets respawn up for years rather than have tf dead and forgotten

Reason we hate Apex is cuz it’s bootleg titanfall that shouldn’t even be in the same universe and TITANFALL 3 GIVE IT TO US

Couldn't of said it better myself. The point of view of a Titanfall fan is very well explained to someone who may not understand. Good video.
This was confirmed by the head developer of the time (it's some Arabic name I can't remember) as a Titanfall fan this is super sad.
i dont care if it has a battle pass, i don't care if it has a battle royale mode, I don't care if it has predatory monetization. just give us good movement and giant robots in a simple arena style shooter and the people will be happy
seeing a legend take down a pilot has the same vibe as watching someone's self-insert OC beat goku
Tried to play Apex with Titanfall and Titanfall 2 in mind. The movement is so stale compared to Titanfall 2. Bring an Apex only player into Titanfall 2 multiplayer and watch them get wiped constantly.
The movement before release was much more faster, they purposefully nerfed it for whatever reason it is, probably to shape it into a less coherent game than what it used to be, then dump millions of micro transactions and get endless recolors to launder in money, basically their marketing strategy at this point.
i play both but apex is only fun when me/my team actually understand what we're doing
It would be a good idea if 10 apex players and 10 titan fall players fought each other
I wouldn't be surprised if EA actually did the occasional small thing to intentionally piss off Titanfall fans. As they say, any publicity is good publicity.
That bangalore thing was like a spartan from halo being killed by a unfc soldier in the same way.
2:11 honestly the reaper seemed fine in kill code part 3, you can take down a reaper with a car by yourself, so having multiple people shoot at it would cause it to die pretty quick
Surviving 3 tick explosion right Infront of you was absolutely terrible though
Except the only people taking down Reapers by themselves were Pilots, not uninteresting bloodsport contestants with more issues than Playboy. Except Revenant, I love Revenant.
Having Crypto's sword cut straight through the Reaper's arm makes no sense seeing as the actual thing does 30 dmg per hit, and Loba is just as uninteresting as when she joined the games.
@@ironladyerimuth revenant best character 😊
@@ironladyerimuth i am not gonna fucking complain about the reapers getting weaker
Volt does it best. Any energy projectile like weapon can take it down with ease.
You are wrong
At 1:45, Bangalore's hands would've turned into minced meat and the knife would go straight through her.
We are talking about a pilot here. A pilot that can send 80kg man/simulacrum **flying** with a single punch
Things I'd like to point out :
Yk that feeling when you’re jumping on a trampoline but when you get off and try to jump it feels like you’re wearing iron boots? That’s apex
My favorite problem is every time TitanFall 2 made a come back respawn would try to redirect the popularity back to apex which has completely different gameplay and lore
“Why do Titanfall fans & Apex fans hate each other?”
I’m a fan of both. I like Apex but I NEEEED Titanfall 3 to be more than just a dream
When we're too uses to being disappointed with titanfall related content being used to bring attention to apex
Guess you weren’t suprised
You also forgot to mention that the intro in apex shows the wrong kind of pilot it shows a holo pilot using invisibility instead of the cloak pilot
RIP slidehopping
I agree. The selling point of TF1 & TF2 was the fast paced action, and Apex pretty much butchered it.
I think he ment titanfall 2, but still a valid point.
Titanfall fans dislike Apex because originally the game was going to be the Titanfall 3 we all want but then it turned into a Titanfall battle royale and then.. a Hero shooter battle royale staring the Legends
I think Titanfall fans also dislike Apex (and Respawn) become Respawn was planning on making a single player Titanfall spinoff but they cancelled it upon the failure of Apex Season 15 so they had to focus all their efforts on fixing Apex with Season 16
