    I cannot understand why PBS does not sponsor you and give you your own time slot. Always great recipes.

      Same reason NPR doesn't feature her or other WFPB solutionaries, they depend on funding from industry or don't dare scare away the masses who bask in ignorance and habit.

    Jill, make a gardening video! I didn't know how big of a garden you had. This recipe looks yummy. Would be good with some vegan egg roll wrappers too kinda like tofu dumplings

    I agree with the last comment. But we can spread the word to everyone we know so they can discover Jill's delicious recipes even if they are not 100% WFPB. We can help her get to 1 million subscribers! That's a RUclips milestone. I pipe up whenever I hear anyone talking about vegan/WFPB and give them her channel! BTW - made this last night and it was sooooo tasty! Love that tangy 'cheese' sauce! And leftovers!! Thank you Jill!!! ❤

    That is such a fun recipe ! I love individual morsels that people can take without destroying a well executed mounted piece ! Also, before they cooked, they looked like a basket weave ! So pretty ! Thanks for sharing !

    I love the upscale twist on zucchini lasagna. It's so cool that each person gets their own little zucchini basket filled with tofu & spinach deliciousness!

    Jill!!! Your recipes are always so amazing! And I love this because it came at the perfect time of year when I as well as have a million zucchinis growing and need something more exciting to do with them besides fritters and lasagna… This looks absolutely delicious and I’m going to make them for my husband‘s birthday on Monday… He’s not 100% vegan, but he absolutely loves all of the recipes of yours that I make for him and I know this one’s going to be amazing! I will let you know after I make it how delicious it was cause I can guarantee you it will be! Thank you for all of your amazing recipes and work!💖

    this looks fantastic! itd be cute to make this into a "pie" and make a zucchini lattice on the top.
    i recently got a spiralizer and made some zucchini noodles and had them with your pesto sauce, it was delicious and i ate a total three whole zucchinis, which is surprising because ive never been a big fan of zucchini tbh. I had some leftover pesto so i made tofu pesto sandwiches by using your chicken nugget recipe (except as slabs of tofu patties). again delicious!
    your recipes continue to impress me and have taught me so much about wfpb cooking that i can interchange so many things with your recipes to make anything ! ty jill you are an inspiration!

    Here I was looking for a good zucchini recipe to make w/a huge gifted zucchini. I just wound up making a pineapple/ zucchini stir fry. If you have a zucchini boat recipe please share. There's many out there, but of course full of oil, meat etc. Love your channel.

    Looks fabulous, hopefully you’ve got more zucchini recipes. I planted two incase one died, but of course they’re both going to be plentiful. However the one year when I only planted one it died so I always end up with way too many zucchini because I have planted to ever since 🤷🏼

      I love miso for the umami, and maybe some mushroom powder? Won’t be the same but has a lovely bang of flavor!

    I was looking for a great “ricotta cheese” recipe yesterday. This will work! Thanks. I also turned some”Heaats of Palm Lasgna” strips into fat noodles for the spaghetti we had. Would they work in place of zucchini?

    Why didn't you get the Nutri Bullet NB50100C Pro 1000 Watt, instead of the Nutri Bullet PRO 900 Watt?
    I'm looking one, but don't know if I should get the 1000w or the 900w.
