Here's the breakdown guys. I know it by heart after installing over 100 CTI boards.
    LTB 14 - 24vac hot (also 13&15)
    LTB 5 - Heat 1
    LTB 3 - Heat 2
    LTB 1 - Compressor 1
    LTB 4 - Compressor 2
    LTB 7 - Fan
    LTB 20 - 24vac Common
LTB 16&17 - Shut down relay. Closed is on and open is off.

My local heating guy to help me again thanks. Working on a voyager with a BMS and can't get this thing to even step test. It's showing BMS that high temp alarm and there is no high temp sensor. Just picked this board up to verify it's the communication board that is the issue

3:29 mark. I hate these units brought a smile to my face. Not a big fan of Trane RTU equipment either. I bet if you had to replace a inducer motor assembly in that unit it would be 400 dollars your company's cost. The test mode feature is nice at times to use.

Easy one, tough one were DC boards on Am-Std roof tops converting to customer thermostats. Good quick change~Joe

I’ve used them for years. This is an old unit evidently. The newer reliable units have this built into the main board. The only thing is with the digital is uses fewer wires so you MAY have to run a new stat wire. The other thing is with the CTI you loose some control with the economiser, although I can’t remember what it was. This unit is best controlled with the digital, but much easier to work on with the CTI where you can troubleshoot and jump out the stat, and read AC voltages. I’ve used the Pro series 8000 programmables with great success on these units. Ame4ican Standard has their own version of this stat also, for a few bucks less, especially for those customers who have difficulty programming thermostats.... extremely easy to program.

The mod and the stat are worth more than that old junk trane....why..

Damn dude, what are you doing up on that rooftop working the commercial end of the business?! You don't instill confidence to me at all. It's like they sent a residential HVAC tech out on a commercial job with not much training or experience. They are two different animals and require different training and knowledge. It's also why a straight commercial guy usually makes $10 -$15 per hour more. I'm not really knocking you because I am in the same boat myself. I have 16 years experience doing 85% residential and 15% light commercial install, service and sheet metal fab. I was forced to take a factory maintenance job as a maintenance man after my boss and the owner of the company I worked for all those years died and his wife retired. Boy did I get a rude awakening going 480V 3-Phase Delta "package unit" training. I found out real quick I don't know shit and have had to train myself on the job as I go learning everything the hard way and with nobody to call for help anymore. I was very very good at residential, but as far as commercial went I just did annual servicing and simple repairs before. They always sent our senior tech out that had been there 40 years for the really hard shit.
I've been at this maintenance job for almost 8 months. What I know now is that Trane commercial package units are fucking junk and not reliable like the residential equipment is well known for. It's all we sold ever since Trane bought out G.E. as we were previously a G.E. dealer. We were in business from 1912 -2017 and even sold coal by horse and wagon. These units are Voyagers built in August 2001. They shouldn't be having all these problems because they aren't even 17 years old just yet. Trane residential equipment as well as the former G.E. typically lasts 25 - 35 years. No real problems start to show up until the 20ish mark on the average other than simple minor repairs and upkeep. Once in awhile you would have a lemon turd built on a Monday or Friday, but they were few and far between. We also have 9 sets of Trane residential split systems that control the office instead of the plant. Go figure, same building, same weather, same location....hardly anything ever goes wrong with them. Trane commercial equipment is garbage and I hate working on these fuckers!
Good luck to you Sir, I have had my eyes opened wide for me in the last year. I'm dealing with issues right now and more than one unit shitting the bed on me in the same day or week. It's very very frustrating. I hope to get them resolved soon.
It's hard to stop a RESIDENTIAL Trane!!
    Oohrah!!

Oh yeah, less than a year ago I was working on 1986 - 1988 Trane XL-1200s and 1983 G.E. furnaces with the draft hoods and spark ignition.
      Trane commercial is shit!!

John Doe maybe if you weren’t a lazy fuck and actually did the research your understand reliatel communication system and microcontrol. Not everyone deserves to be in commercial. Go back to your contactor and capacitor scrub
