I lived there for about 2 years from in 1994~ 1996. Everything looks so different from what I had kept still.
So lucky to have locked in my mortgage at 2.5% last 2020. Tip: save to buy house as soon as mortgage rates are better so you can save and at the same time it is an investment and tax deductible. Yung apartment kasi, like owning a car, is all expense talaga. Hindi siya investment at walang tax relief. Goodluck!
Thanks, Nurse MJ. We are saving for a down payment but were not sure yet if we will stay here in MD. The apartment here is so expensive.

Hello try Congressional tower, downside common washer per floor. I think this isnthe cheapest in the area.
