Manychat connects directly with Instagram. Voiceflow doesn't connect directly with Instagram, so you should always create an integration using the Voiceflow API, which is way more difficult.

what about when manychat sends them the dm and their ig is set up so they don't receive or cant see it. I saw some kid had it set up to comment back "it wont let me message you, DM me so i can send you the link" how do we set that up
Is it possible that the keyword isn't exactly a word, rather a shared post / reels? For example, if a user shared a reel to our DM, it'll automatically respond information about that reel
Good question! Chatbase is way more user friendly than using the ChatGPT functionality directly. Also, you cannot train the ChatGPT functionality on specific website URLs and documents, you need to decide on the prompt yourself then.

@@Flynn-Little Got it! In the tutorial I shared above I mention the "Public Reply", which is an automatic comment in the comment section. You can use that to auto-reply with a comment. In your Manychat automation you can just add one action with "Mark conversation as closed" (which will not do anything), but you need something in your automation to set it live.

Good idea! The reason why I haven't used the OpenAI Assistants API, is because it is still in Beta, so I wouldn't recommend using it in a production environment right now. Once it is out of Beta, I will definitely use this!

You could also use another platform than Manychat, but you need to use a chatbot platform. Also, for all chatbot platforms you need to have a Facebook Page that is connected to your Instagram account.
Chatbase is already multilingual. Just give the chatbot instructions that it needs to reply in the same language as the question. In Manychat, you can create seperate flows per language.

@@chatimize when I am on a chat with a person the automation starts each time the other person uses the keyword that triggers an auto reply, in this case one of the key word is "Go" anytime they type "go" it sends the auto reply

The Manychat plan increases with the number of contacts you have. One contact = one person that commented. Check Manychat Pricing
