Super Saiyan 4 Goku's 10x Kamehameha has gotta be the sweetest move out of the bunch even though it's not an ultimate. Just the animation of him combining the two Kamehameha's into one is so sick.
Spirit of the Saiyans will always be my favorite attack in the DBZ universe... even though it was never in the specials

the earth "destroying thingy" as you call it is an excellent addition to the budokai series and makes it more closer to the anime itself. It cannot be removed because that's how the game was programmed.

You need the capsule called the "Black Membership Card". Acquire it and you'll be able to buy any skills. The card can be obtained in dragon universe after a few playthrough. You need to be around lvl 20-30 and then you can collect it along with other cards in a forest somewhere.
Pros: HD looks good
Cons: Censorship, soundtrack change, and no Budokai 2

That's most likely because you haven't unlocked all the characters yet. The list in the shop come in rotation, so unless you've unlocked the characters, it'll skip through!.

Yes, because his cells are from Goku, Vegeta, and the others. He can use their attacks, and he even mentions that he can use the Spirit Bomb Technique, but chooses not to. That's why his name is Cell, becuase he's really Android #21

you need a capsule called "babadi mind's control". you equip it by editing your skills (item shop or @ the start of a battle). Then in battle, once your health drops down to zero, it automatically activates the majin vegeta transformation for you!

His spirit bomb is green as opposed to Goku's which is white. Besides, to use the spirit bomb, you need to be "pure of heart", that means either pure evil or pure good. Goku is pure good and Cell is pure evil

lol, calm down. To ensure all ultimate moves are available you need to acquire or buy "The Black Membership" card. This rare card allows you to buy ANY skills in the shop. If you spend 500k zenies, it'll be automatically available @ 120k zenies for purchase. However, this card can be obtained quite easily in the Dragon Universe. Complete story mode with Goku @ least 2 times. Then the 3rd time, go near the forest and look for ???. All 3 cards including The Black will be available for collection.
Gohan as The Great Saiyaman is like the Ginyu Force members in one.
Yes, you need to unlock the card with one character.Then, you can buy all the ultimates along with other capsules. They cost 50,000 zenies each. So you'll need enough money to buy them all!.

dude you need to get the black membership card ... this allows you to unlock every character's ultimate. the black membership can be obtained by completing the dragon universe with goku @ least once then leveling up between 20-40. on your next playthrough, on the islands next to the forest (saiyan saga); all of them can be collected on a single spot.

DBZ Budokai 3 told the end of the GT shadow dragon saga then GT did, they should have redone the Bebe, Super 17 and full Shadow Dragon saga's without the start if GT in Budokai 3.

it can be used in battle mate. All you need to do once you've equipped it in edit skills, is to go into "Hyper mode" and successfully hit your opponent while in this mode. This will trigger fusion, depending on the type of fusion you chose, you might have to input extra buttons.

right, but are you absolutely sure you've completed dragon universe @ least twice and have the black membership?.You can get breakthrough by collecting all the 7 dragon ball in DU and wishing for it when shenron appears. Limited to only characters in story mode though ..
My issue is 'cause you said dbz budokai has shit music ... it's not even the music for the HD version. This is music from the original game. But you won't be able to tell since you've never played Budokai 3 (i'm assuming).
