There is no better song to get stuck in your head! lol I always have to ride Three Caballeros. Last time I was there I had to get the ears. The ride reminds me of my dad. There also use to be a plush boat with the three caballeros in it. So cute but I couldn't fit anything else in my suitcase! lol I liked when we didn't have the assigned seating at the DVC lounge so it is nice to see them doing that at the temporary lounge.
That is true! It does seem to seat more people AND it's much more comfortable as compared to some of the seating available in the Imagination Pavilion Lounge.
Yes. DVC Members who are eligible for Membership Benefits CAN bring guests into the DVC Lounge. Limitations to the numbers of guests you can bring do apply.
I love the DVC lounge. It's comfy plenry of charging and freestyle🤌🏽, but DVC membership may have outgrown the imagination Pavillion. Whereever they permanently set up the DVC lounge I hope it is comfy and quiet
Those coke freestyle machines! I love them. I wish there were more of them around the parks. . . but that's a different discussion altogether. Personally, I don't think that the DVC Lounge at the Imagination Pavilion was ever an adequate size; especially with the 2nd floor being choked down like it is. [The area where the lounge is located is just one small corner of a much larger space up there which I want to say is about 3 or 4 times larger than the available lounge space.] I'm hoping that they would open the ENTIRE 2nd floor up during this down time to allow for more people to enjoy the lounge, but I'm not holding my breath.
@2foolishmortals I guess the illusion of exclusivity was factor, and easier to manage the members in a smaller space. Remember the chaos before the shut down. Bare feet on the furniture, folks sprawled out for naps. 😏
Were there any whispers about what's happening at the Imagination pavilion lounge - surely it isn't closing for a month+ just to replace carpets? There's a lot of changes happening at the Imagination pavilion it seems...everything is aligning for something big to be announced there before too long I think...
We visited the lounge on "opening day" and so there wasn't much scuttlebutt going on. . . . most of the chatter was from the Suits wandering through and "evaluating" the way things were going in the first 20 minutes of operation. That said. . . . I have no idea what the plans are for the DVC Lounge or the Imagination Pavilion, but I think it's VERY much possible [unfortunate as it might be] that Disney is closing for over 1 month and just doing something basic as replacing carpet. While there was a time when Disney would be able to accomplish a lot of amazing things in that amount of time, they've been sluggish as of late. Of course, that's not a fun answer so here's what I'm hoping for. . . . . I hope that they go the route of removing the walls that they installed when they opened the lounge and expand things out. Even better if they give us the rainbow tunnel.
@@2foolishmortals It's just curious that this refurbishment coincides with the Communicore hall opening (and thus the character meet and greets at the pavilion moving out) and swirling rumors of an impending ride overhaul. I wouldn't be surprised if this refurbishment ends with nothing major being changed though. The pavilion seems primed for a major revamp that could be breaking ground any day.
There are outlets, but no phone charger stations/lockers. The outlets are by the floor and not very conveniently located near tables or anything like that, but you CAN charge. There are bathrooms both inside and outside the Odyssey, but you must leave the lounge to use the bathroom. I'm not sure if youd have to check back in/wait in line again. The baby care center and first aid is also located in the building, but are outside of this space.
If we've been recognized by CMs out in the wild, we don't know it. . . . and that's a good thing in our opinion. We like to stay under the radar so that we get as close to an experience as you all might get as possible. We HAVE been recognized by a few of you in the parks though!

I have come across some other videos where influencers/streamers with advanced equipment and small lighting and film crews have been asked to leave the property and banned. They were apparently blocking off areas and trying to interview guests.
Sounds good! We'll probably have some stickers on us for you if you DO manage to cross paths with us. Yeah. . . there are some people out there who don't think that the rules apply to them. Disney has some rules/policies/guidelines in place that you gotta follow if you want to NOT get kicked out of the parks. Filming isn't an issue. 99% of the people who are in the parks ARE filming and taking pictures. Making a scene. . . that's an issue whether a camera is involved or not.

I went to WDW, Tokyo Disney and Disneyland last year. Cosmic Rewind is my favorite ride of any ride at any park.

The assigned seating at the DVC Lounge is such a pain, especially as a solo visitor. The seats they always put me in are so uncomfortable and awkward.
I've been in airport lounges that would blow this away. Come on Disney.

They did NOT have the Coke Freestyle machines, coffee or tea during our visit. They had cans of coke, diet coke, sprite and small bottles of water.
