      Hey Richard! Fun fact, I find that waking up at 5am is the sweetspot for me too. I was just wondering when do you usually go to bed? I struggle with finding a bedtime that works for me, and I know everybody is different but it would be nice to know another high performer's sleeping schedule so I can try that out and see what works for me. I'm starting school again tomorrow (physically) so I really need a more stable sleeping schedule.

    Hi Richard, some advice for your morning is that you should not drink water whilst standing up as it travels through your system really fast and you risk your lung and heart function, also oxygen level gets disturbed like this. You can suffer from indigestion it also causes ulcer and heartburn.

      sorry for my english, i'm learning yet. you can use the 5 seconds rule to do what ever you want. basically you just need to count 5 4 3 2 1 and do it, i now that sound weird, but that's work for me

      This works for me 90% of the time. Set your alarm clock 10+ feet away from your bed. You will be forced to walk and turn it it off. Once you turn it off, keep walking. Have a bottle of water on the ledge and take it with you as you walk outside. Drink and walk outside for 3-5min until you are awake. If this does not work, look into getting an alarm clock that does not turn off/allow you to snooze. They turn off automatically after 10min, so you have no option to snooze. Best of luck bro.

      On the Born to Impact podcast, they discussed making a list of 3-5 most important things to get done each day. Make it before you go to bed for the next day and make sure you get those things done. I’m starting to try to do it (definitely haven’t made it a habit yet); it’s pretty helpful.

    They're two types of productivity youtubers. One are the no nonsense type of people that are non-human like Richard Yu or TeachingMensFashion. The second type are normal people which are extremely productive like Matt D'Avela or CGP Grey or Thomas Frank or Better Ideas. Both types of youtubers are hundreds of times for productive than me.

    High Performance Question: How do you do your Bible Readings and Journals? I've been trying to read the Bible more, but I really am struggling because I don't really know where to start or how to get to the heart of that day's readings. Thank you!

      I think Richard has a book that is full of devotionals for each day, which contain different scriptures each day. A good place I recommend people to start is the book of John. It gives a great story and understanding of who Jesus was and what he did. I just finished reading the entire New Testament. Believe me, there will always be days where you don't feel like reading some days, but as your relationship with God develops over time, it will become almost like essential to read the Word every day because you are basically relying on it.
      Taking notes and highlighting is a great way to not only understand what you are reading but also retain what you have read.
      Hope I can help by providing my two cents.

    Hi Richard! I'm from India. Just wanted to let you know, u have started gaining followers in India as well. But the thing is that due the time difference of about 12 hours or so, ur afternoon sessions would mean in the night here when we r sleeping. What can be done about this?       first of all, do you like what you are doing and do you have a plan or an end goal you are targeting to reach? if not, then you will have a hard time getting through something your not eager to succeed in. That goes for anything. Again this is just how I was taught and it worked for me. Hope it helps you or at least gets you thinking about your current situation and how to improve daily.

    How does a cross and a poker chip help you focus. I’m t seems useless compared to prayer

      I think it has smth to do with triggering your brain to start focusing - like signalling it's time to do this now. IDK he must explain it a lot better so if he asks for questions in the masterclass, I'll go ahead and ask this lol u joining us? :)
