It's a 3D animation, most of those hold up, even from 20 or 25 years ago. Starship Troopers compositing and CGI looks really good still. Videogame in game graphics are worth bringing up, not CGI prerendered movies.

Heck the stim packs themselves, which are adrenaline rush narcotics that amps up their efficiency at the cost of their health, are pretty self explanatory to the whole marine philosophy, go out fighting in a blaze of glory. I think long term lung cancer is the least worries in their minds.

GW definitely took inspirations from this trailer while making their "Space Marine Armor" cinematic yet somehow Blizzard still did it better 12 years ago.

Also, that's not his hand, that's the suit's hand (nerve based control or something?). You cut off the hand, he still has a hand underneath.
9 years 6 months later, seeing this again, and being so used to 4K, this looks like low resolution to me. I remember being blown away by this. Crazy what you get used to.
