This episode was the best of Officer Nicole. You saw her trying to encourage the pregnant girl to make better choices and help the girl in the pink shirt. You also saw how she took no nonsense from the lady that kept claiming they were starving her. She continues to be my favorite on this show.

Only one time I had a guy next to me in the city tell someone else he was a convicted murderer.
At the time my first thought was WOW then I just assumed he was trying to use that as bragging about how tougher he was
Later on I was told he was a murderer, he shot someone during a bad drug deal while he himself was on alcohol or something.
The lesson he was trying to convince the other guy at the counter arguing with the cashier about his order was, don't let your anger out. One wrong situation can send you away for awhile (depending on good behavior inside prison)
The guy definitely had a great point but you could definitely see he was wrestling with himself. He was telling him at one point then was yelling and then just left.
I never thought he was a murderer until I sat down and the whole place was talking about it and someone at the restaurant said he was and he is a regular at the place.
Always be careful out there. It'll be the unexpected moment when your life might be in the balance. Kinda like the bible verse about the Lord coming like a thief in the night. You'll never know when, so always be prepared for life to end. Enjoy your day, every day and appreciate it.
I try to do this every day. As much as I hate certain things and people here I look forward to the little things. Like seeing yesterday a kid experience brain freeze and his parents trying to explain it 😂

I’m not as fond of officer Sittre ..her comment about “pretending to relate to the inmates” makes me question how much of what she says is true. Sittre sad that the pregnant woman who was arrested for prostitution made her (Sittre) feel sad. So does the officer actually feel bad or is she just saying that to pretend to relate to the pregnant “inmate”? I’ve learned to be weary of females who try to “relate” to me, I’ve been burned too many times to trust them. I’m not saying that I know for sure that Sittre is a bad person but her comments make me question the validity of certain remarks made by her.
