  • Another night in Las Vegas jails and officers deal with all sorts of suspects, from intoxicated individuals and aggressive felons to entertaining musicians and struggling artists. A code 5 combative individual arrives to jail and after he refuses to cooperate with officers, they force him into the restraint chair.
    Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

These adults act WAY WAY worse than ANY of those children. Like seriously, night and day difference. These are clowns. The prostitutes seem to not have any behavior issues tho. If thats the profession they chose then so what? Who cares. They arent forcing anyone to do anything they dont wanna do. I have never used one and dont ever plan on it but it shouldnt be a crime imo

      I haven't gotten to that part yet but hopefully your talking about her being a f*ck up in other ways. People are having sex that young even with great sypport systems and some end up pregnant. My oldest neice was born to my sister at 15. My neice is In her 20s now. I never saw it as my sister being failed by anyone.

    • @lc4life369
      @lc4life369 6 месяцев назад +1

      Ok now I saw that part. Unfortunately she is probably going to be In and out of jail the rest of her life at this point. Once someone is in jail that long its next to impossible to get a job or even a stable place to live. Especially for a woman. Men who are criminals get jobs alot easier than woman because theres certain jobs like construction ect that don't care if you've been convicted of a crime or not. (Atleast where I live almost everyone who's been convicted of a crime works those type of jobs). So now this woman has to find a way to survive while its next to impossible to work. Next to impossible to get a good place to live (other than slumlords or crack heads for landlords). Wich ultimately leads them right back to where they were as its the only way they know how to survive and often the only option for survival. Some even prefer to go back to jail because its easier that way. Sadly I have a feeling thats going to be her. Its such a shame because alot of people would do their time, get out and be a productive part of society if they could. But they litterly cant. They not only do the jail time but their crime effects them for the rest of their lives. Its sad because she was so young when she got arrested the first time.

    I'm glad that I grew up in a really good life. I am 59 years old and just turned 59 in February. I'm glad that my stepfather and my mother took good care of me. I know not all stepchildren. Have a good step parent. But my stepdad made mistakes too. It is life but I find that if your parents make mistakes. I think that you can learn to not go and follow the same steps. You don't need to follow the same steps to try to give your life a meaning. I think all of the younger generation and some of the older generation that get put in jail need to realize that they can change their life. It takes motivation and time. I'm not perfect but I am proud of the fact that I would never sent to jail. I would never. Approached by the police Saturday for people. Being mean to me all things like that. But nothing, no criminal records or anything against me. Ever alarm? Glad that I listened to my folks. And straight at home after 7 o'clock at night and didn't go out partying and drinking as a young teenager. Or an adult. I stayed to myself. I think what people really need to realize. I know today's societies. They're so much involved in what happens on this planet and right now with just getting out of the COVID situation and now having trouble with the economy and everything being so high-priced. I'm not. Everybody has a job and not. Everybody has a home to live in. And the drugs are an alcohol or taking over their life. I'm so mental illness. There needs to be more done for people. Because maybe the Gerald wouldn't be so full. Maybe things would not be so bad if there was more help. And the other catch to this is if you've got to want help. No one can do this for you. You have to make your determination that you're not going to make yourself a bad name. I'm put yourself in a position where you're in jail and never get to be out. What do people you love? I hope that people think about that when they watch these kind of shows that they realize the places are not for you. They're not for anybody. What if you learn to live your life in a decent way? You wouldn't have to be there. You could buy pass at all if you she's learned to ask for help. Have a great day

    Shaming an addict... Geez! Then we wonder why addicts don't get the help they need. I am a recovering alcoholic, sober for more than 25 years, bt I still remeber the hold alcohol had on me. Addicts are not bad people, they are sick people who have to feed their addiction at all cost. Stop the shaming, start helping.

I don't know how the cops can do that job, dealing with all those complete losers, night, after night, after night, for their whole career!

    It's always amazing to me that ppl on meth think they can pass as normal 😂." I'm not on anything," he said 😂. It's obvious guys it really is, so there is no way you can convince others you're not on drugs. I used to look at my dad thinking wow he looks crazy before knowing what drugs even were. An adult that has ever seen an addict will be able to spot them. It's always interesting to me that they think they can excuse it. I've heard excuses like they drank an energy drink, working a lot or not eating enough ( for losing weight), being tired or smoking weed, and just flat out denial. Oh we also have the, " no I slept I just woke up early." I can't help but think they honestly see themselves as appearing normal. Very sad.

      I did the interview process to be a C.O.
      Intense. 3 interviews, in depth back ground check. Met with psychiatrist to make sure i did not have crazy tendencies, a lie detector test AND after all of that, testing on subjects I have not done since high-school, lol.
      I was offered the job via email. I was told to come in and fill out w-2 forms and get my uniform.
      I noticed a plaque on the wall with a pix of a beautiful young lady. I noticed the lived through date was only a couple months prior.
      I asked an officer who was in the waiting are with me who it was, etc
      He told me 2 months prior, she was in the little pray room they had. An inmate was on job duty. He saw her in the church room, went in. Raped her and strangled her to death!!!! I got up and walked out, declined the offer!
      People forget how dangerous these positions can be. More so in prisons, not jails...
