The first thing I turned on... with how things are, this was NEEDED! After living in Mn for 42 years and retiring to the Ozarks, it's not like your zone. But it's close enough! Our hard freeze #3 came 2 days ago. But to put up lights and decorations with flowers in the window boxes is FUN
I cannot believe how much in your yard is in Bloom. I live in California as you know our temperatures are fairly mild compared to yours and I’ve lost tons of leaves and many have gone to sleep. The garden is such a mysterious place and I love seeing how things are growing in other people’s zones.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and Steph and your tribe of followers. Good to see you home safe and back in the garden. It has been a weird growing season here in south central Missouri too.
We're still getting some pollinators on our Salvia, Lantana, Pentas, and Gregg's Mistflower here in Central Texas. We've been in the mid-70s and above for much of November until the past week where we've had a few days in the mid-60s. We're forecast to be cooler this next week but still above freezing at night.
Blooming still vincas, marigolds, salvia greggii, angelonia, st johns wort, lantana, alyssum, pineapple sage, various clematis, hyssop. These plants border the house so that helps. Weve had some frosty nights (7b/8a), but day temps were high. This upcoming week temps also 20s at nights here, with days at 30s too; and those winter winds. Time to pull out whatever fabrics i dont use to bundle around base of tender plants. Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving Thank you Jim for keeping it real! I appreciate you sharing the *leaf litter* I will keep an eye out for the clean up video, hopefully not until JANUARY! 😂 We are already in holiday mode, resting from garden mode.
Happy thanksgiving everyone! 🦃🍁🙂
Thank you sir for being an amazing mentor!

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm glad to hear that you're back.

Happy Thanksgiving!! I’m thankful for all your garden content! You are helping me get through these colder months without my own flowers.
Welcome back!

Thanks Jim, I missed a green garden...not a fan of desert/arid areas. Our cold finally arrived in NW Arkansas. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🦃!
Welcome back Jim! Still so much beauty in your garden. That Hydrangea is absolutely stunning with the intense blue 😍 Happy Thanksgiving! 😊
