Hi Vignesh. I tried boondhi laddu today. Inspite of using boondhi karandi my boondhis are sticking together. What might be the reason ? Say how to get right consistency of boondhis ??
Kalyani Ramachandran No pacharisi will also do well.. For that you should grind raw rice and make kozhukkatai Maavu and then put it in idli breeth and then you have to make Sevai.. A very long process to do so.. So I will make that video short and sweet and post it in the coming days
This machine is called "Sevai Nazhi"and available in all vessel store. But if you do in "Murukku achhu' it will take too much time, effort and lots of strength. This is my personal experience.

sadhana , don't get confused. This sevai is made by only saadha puzhungal arisi, and not by idly rice or par boiled rice. Ask the shop keeper about saadha puzhungal arisi and he will show you.

It's a little different procedure, the Sevais moisture will be absorbed and it will taste better than small plate
