These fitting videos are so interesting. Wish I had the time/money/ability to get fitted. The old square groove irons aren't even legal... I really need to do something.
Getting fit is worth it and there are other much cheaper options than club champion as you literally pay full retail for the club, full retail for the shaft, and full retail for the grip. If you were to actually get a full set of irons through them you're spending around 3k. If you basically know what you want second swing is a great place to get a good used set of irons for a fraction of the cost.

The club champion experience is fantastic but my two biggest complaints is how much they charge for the equipment and how long they take for you to get them. If you order through them you better prepare yourself to have to wait over a month after the fitting to finally get your hands on your new stuff. I play the 2020 770 and i love them. I got them through taylormade 4 years ago but I got them reshafted through club champion this year. $1400 in shafts later i have something that works much better than what i initially got fit for.
It’s hard to believe at one time Paige was an introvert. Look at her now.

Club Champion fits senior golfers all the time! Shaft changes are super important as golfers lose speed; we can definitely help with that.

I love watching you guys but unfortunately there is not enough time left in my life to improve my golf game. My friends and I play badly, lose lots of balls and just have fun. We also make our own rules to suit us so that keeps it interesting. Cause you guys play so much, if you played with us then you would immediately pick up a 10 shot penalty , maybe 15 depending on the quality of your first shot. You would still win but it would be interesting with lots of heckling and fun. Cheers from Australia.

Before Wes, who is a decent amateur, buys new clubs custom fitted, he needs to take 3-5 months of pro lessons to improve his swing. Changing his posture at address would likely change his lie angle at impact and even clubhead speed which would affect his shaft flex.
Wes could easily be a solid 5 or better handicap based upon just his swing. He is not releasing the club properly through impact which is revealed by his hand position at finish.
While it is true that elements of Wes's swing could be improved, much like the rest of us,he is surely in a better position to benefit from lessons having a matched set of irons rather than a mixed bag of sticks with variable flex,loft and lie. His new irons are easily adjusted going forward. Besides,having gone for custom fitting he got to meet Paige - that can't be a bad thing 😂
@@user-hn1dq7jr2g We just don't agree. I have played with under par handicap golfers who didn't have a matched club in the bag. In fact they are the most feared when showing up on the 1st tee. Current clubs that Wes has could all be adjusted for lie and confirming proper length, take a few months of lessons from the best pro in his area and after he refines his release, measure him for a proper matched set based upon a more textbook swing. Fitting him to his suboptimal swing if he really wants to improve is a waste of time.

You know Paige is Extremely Hot, a Great Motivator and Inspiration, when Your Game instantly improves the minute She walks in....Wes's Golf game instantly improved here 👆... Having lung issues I definitely dont play 100+ times a year... I try not to spend too much and buy new off the rack Brands that i do well with are Callaway, Taylor Made, and Titleist, I've never been fitted though... Its okay to buy used clubs... If it is all possible, inspect them first... Buying a set of used clubs in a bag is okay too... But, where I live I could never find a full set... If I had a choice between a Billion Dollars or Paige I'd would take Paige hands down..💖💖💖💜💜💜

custom club fittings are for rich people. most of us play on used equipment, because most of us have expenses more important than golf clubs to take care of.
When I retired, I had always promised myself to get fitted clubs. I went with all hybrids with Wishon.
