Thanks for the review. I have used avail for two or more years now and I can say it provides everything I need and more. Been through multiple lease changes and amendments with maintenance requests and has more then adequate tenants screening. Yes, an app on the mobile device would improve but not really lacking with the web portal that effects me.
If you do an update on this, consider adding a customer service review. If you have a question were you able to speak to a live person? I am switching from Zillow rental management because their customer service is Zero.
DoorLoop is relatively new to us but it looks pretty robust. We have written an overview here and will update as we use it more: landlordgurus.com/doorloop-property-management-software-overview/

Great to hear!
This video is exactly what I was looking for today-thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Really appreciate the objective comparison. Very helpful to determine best option.

Thank you for the comparison. I may have missed it, but curious why you did not mention the credit bureau reporting feature with Cozy.
Great discussion! What are your opinions on DoorLoop? Have been recommended it by a couple of colleagues for commercial properties.

Informative video, thank you!
Would also like to know which company has a better track record: length in business, complaints, ease of use etc
I'm not sure which started earlier, however Cozy has ceased operations and is now part of apartments dot com
Great objective breakdown. Thanks for the video.
The cozy merger was terrible
TLDR, Avail is better
Wish these companies would make an APP for tenants to use. Would be much easier on both parties.
