    Love the content; one suggestion: don't interrupt so much. Very good questions but save it for the end as it interrupts his thought process and makes following him harder than it should be. Good content, though

    Great video and extremely informative! I'm glad you asked all the questions you did as I was wondering a lot of the same things. I will be aquiring my first rental property soon and am super excited to try managing it with Avail!

    Very good demo. New user here. I wish the link to this demo would have been prominent in the beginning of my Avail journey. It would have been much more productive and efficient on that journey. From what I have learned so far, you have done a stellar job in the design of the software.
    One suggestion for an enhancement and I believe this coding would be quick and easy. I wish that at my tenant level, I could click a box to have ALL Avail text or email to my tenant copied to me/landlord.

    I think if Avail did a monthly plan of $10 a unit. And then Everyday December, send an itemized Bill showing everything we’ve paid for all year for each property, to give to our accountants for taxes. I tho k that would be a good idea.

    I'm a new avail user and it seems really easy to set up. IRE the application set up, I added by Qualifications for the tenants by putting each one in the question box and clicked ADD. ( I have the $5 a month subscription) I'm at the Lease part. I have a great Lease from Biigger Pockets but I can't use that and still have Esign so I'm trying to figure out how to get this great lease into Avail. ? Cut and paste?

    Thank you for the useful video, much appreciated. Would you say Avail is up to par with paid options for small landlords? I manage 4 properties and have also been considering DoorLoop and Property Matrix. Was wondering if you think the money is worth it.

    Tenants are required to have renters insurance through Avail?

      That is the owners decision. It can be required in order to lease a unit, cannot enforce tenant to maintain the insurance even if informed of a lapse.

      No..they offered it but you can go with another company. Trying to make it convenient for the tenant.

    I tuned out I can’t watch when the host keeps interrupting the guest if he payed attention he said he get to each tab guess I’ll just go to avail page, but I couldn’t finish watching this sorry just my opinion

    I can't make it halfway through the demo without turning it off. Jason, stop interrupting and let the presenter talk. You're a terrible host. It was much better to go find a demo somewhere else
