Sooo…. I’m doing a little bit of different things with real estate. My first property I rehabbed, and am now renting. The second property is under contract, will be rehabbed and sold. Both properties are under the same llc and bank account. If I never rent the second property, can I use this software to track expenses for it and keep it separate from the first? And will it allow me to differentiate a capital improvement from a repair?

Where is the video that shows how to use this application from the first step, how to give the first property, how to add the costs that I incurred in connection with the purchase, how to add other costs and how to add profits, this is the most important thing for someone who starts with this application and you just fucking show everything not what it takes

I agree. Too heavy, bottom wasn’t flush enough to face causing a gap of light. Had a couple times where it took a couple times to figure out my gestures. It’s pretty damn impressive for the first round. But who knows what’s impressive that might change quickly with how new it is. It’s the first Apple Product that actually left me inspired for the future. Not like I think another tech tool to pull us away from the real world is good but it is a useful tool and it is interesting to see where we are headed with this new tech!

Is there a fee for renter like buildium app? Our landlord just moved to Doorloop but never give tenants about the app. Can you help?
Do you have any thoughts or reviews about this app? Is it effective? I'm in need of a tool that provides a balance sheet report. Presently, I use Rentastic, but this feature is still in development.

Great Interview Jason! I had already signed up with them to manage my own properties here in Florida and have already dealt with Latchel separately for my 18 units in Wyoming. You can't beat the pricing and it's so much more simple then Buildium which I used to use and way cheaper!

Moved from Buildium to Rentec. Loved Buildium simple easy to use platform but it lacked ability to track credit card expenses so I had to switched to Rentec. Rentec had great features but it was cumbersome to use being older software. I heard great things about DoorLoop, I am trying to switch entirely over to DoorLoop but find it a lot more difficult than they advertise. I am not a raving fan yet, still struggling to use it.
Questions but then how do you put it in your tax return??
your accountant will put it inside of what is called a DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE, you may already have one on your taxes if you've made a large purchase, or bought a car for business. in this schedule they will list the invididual costs of the components of the house
how does this work for a commercial property with triple net leases.

Why does Jason keep on interrupting the owner of the site? The purpose of this was to inform but when Chris has a flow he gets stopped continually. I don't get it! When you are showing these companies please allow them to showcase their companies for us the prospect to make an intelligent decision.
How come nobody from the company has commented on the person that stated that he had his rent stolen from his account? I would think seriously before signing on to this platform.

As an experienced multi-tenant property manager and Doorloop user, this is how I rate it. Tech support chat 10 Tech support on the phone 5 (must be scheduled) Software is a mix and needs to be polished. It's friendly and simple to use, but there are some features that are dumb, and confusing with limited customization. Price is fair for what they offer, as long as they stop increasing it. Overall, I will give it a 7 out of 10. Don't go by the internet reviews, they offer monetary compensation for reviews, that to me is bad practice and market manipulation. I recommend trying it hard before dropping your current method or management software.
Thanks man! Unlike many other comments and reviews, you sound very real and honest. Dooloop increased their prices drastically within the past 8 months. The Pro plan went from $79 to $119, and their Premium from $109 to $179, that's is 65% increase! I hate when companies do that. They know many customers will continue biting the bullet after many hours of learning the software.

I'm a new avail user and it seems really easy to set up. IRE the application set up, I added by Qualifications for the tenants by putting each one in the question box and clicked ADD. ( I have the $5 a month subscription) I'm at the Lease part. I have a great Lease from Biigger Pockets but I can't use that and still have Esign so I'm trying to figure out how to get this great lease into Avail. ? Cut and paste?

But I still have questions about: -is there pre screening questions so when a potential tenant contact he has to fill up those questions before scheduling a showing -does it have an option to renew lease automatic or send message to the tenants automatically saying the lease is about to expire before 30 days and to contact landlord -do I get reminders that a lease will expire soon -can I upload my own lease and have it signed it digitally -can I disable partial payments -can I customize the late fees

This internet was almost like a darn cat fight. The platform seems good but I couldn’t focus due to the constant interruptions, jabs, etc. Seems like the interviewer didn’t like this guy much
Demoed with DoorLoop a few months ago and was immediately sold! I'm kind of slow with the tech so I was very nervous but they aren't lying when they say user friendly.
Is it just me, or this interviewer is rude. He constantly rush and hush his guests. I watched other episodes too. His behavior seems consistent. I like the contents, but he need to learn some manners.
