Participation Rules:
- The fest is open for all the bonafide COLLEGE STUDENTS only.
- The fest will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude by 3:00 p.m. So, the participants are required to make their arrangements accordingly.
- The participants must report at the Registration counter by 9:00 am to collect their fest ID-Cards. No registration after 10:30 a.m. will be done.
- Registrations should be sent through college only. NO INDIVIDUAL SHOULD SEND DIRECT REGISTRATION TO US.
- Participants must bring their College ID Cards and College authority letter
along with them, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the college
campus.
- Entry in the college is restricted.
- Each student can participate in maximum of one event only.
- Prize distribution function will be held at the end of the fest. Prize winners will be
awarded the winning trophy and certificates.
- Refreshment will be provided to the participants.
- We will not bear any conveyance or stay expenses for the participants.
- All students are requested to co-operate with the organizing committee.
- Organizing committee has the right to disqualify a participant/ team/ all the registrations of the college in case of any misconduct.
- Judges’ verdict will be final and non-challengeable.
- College must send the registration of all the participants latest by Friday, 10th March 2023.
