Everything about this is so perfect. Matt's voice, demeanor and lines absolutely matches Webber's character and body language. The way you animated him is just so cute and lovable, it's great. Jeremy's voice absolutely matches Wagstaff. I love the detail of encroaching insanity for Wagstaff and the hologram effect for him having low health from the nightmares and being dead. Maxwell being the cause of strife for everyone, acting like he has everything in control and just not bailing even though that's probably the best course of action is so in character. Winona is just perfect as Mallory with her fierceness, "like the wind" and "dirty Commie" comment and voice acting. WX doesn't play that big of a role here, but his (their?) body language is on point and I love the silly little poses actions you did for him such as him being struck by lightning before he throws down a card. It's so dramatic and over-the-top, it's great. Wendy features even less of a role here, outside of being the announcer, but I appreciate that you chose her over Wickerbottom or Willow as the voice and tone of the announcer is perfect for her than any of the other survivors. Tldr: Thanks for the great animation and new voice headcanons. Your character choices for everyone's roles was on point and I'm gonna go and watch this again for the tenth time.

I am surprised no one mentioned how Wagstaff's "soul" was progressively getting consumed by the shadows throughout the game (at 02:45 and 03:36 ) , until the game ended, and the shadows took his soul, and he literally died.
Webber is adorable throughout the whole thing, and because WX has a blank stare it kinda looked to me like after the cards came out of his mouth he was just like: wha-? Where did That come from!?! D-did that come out of my MOUTH?!?
I find it funny that WX was the one to check to see if wagstaff was OK What was even funnier was his reaction was not what I expected when he saw that he was dead I expected him because he hates all living things to be like haha he died classic human mistake but instead he was like master u good?
