Definitely could be more of use on haki users or general members of a crew with good physical strength, like capable members of a yonko crew or even Minks. Perhaps even giants, can you imagine that? Other suggestion is probably could pair well with capable bounty hunters that work as a team (since yk bounty hunters are all about selfish gain), so maybe Baroque Works.
