- This is hole #2 at Loudon Country Club in Loudon, NH. It was April 11, 2023, and the course had opened just days before. Spring comes SLOW to upper New England. Tim needs to keep his head down for about 2/10ths of a second to get birdie results.

TNX. It ended up on the rear fringe of the green. Not bad for this old goat on a course I had never played. Lots of trouble on the right as you can see. It was a chilly day!
I literally stumbled upon this. I’ve never played Loudon and just booked a tee time for tomorrow. I wanted to see if anything was on RUclips. I saw this tee shot without looking at anything and thought, “Wow, that guy looks like Tim Carter.” Haha! Wow!
Jason, come up north just a few more miles and let's you and I play Lochmere!!! Loudon wasn't too bad. There's this other par 3 on Loudon that is tough! A very small green with trouble left, right, and back! GL as we say in Morse! Di you see at :01 my left arm is a little bent? A miracle I got it on the green!

It was not bad. First round of the season. Had a few bad shots. Played a new course. I'm a work in progress only having started to play seriously after 70 trips around the sun.

I wish all my shots yesterday were as good. Some were errant. I also made about eight future golfers happy with them thinking it was Easter morning.
Nice swing! I got the opportunity to play a bit of golf FOR THE FIRST TIME at my new job and i gotta say.
Why cant i hit the ball the same way every time! 😂 im moving my body the same way with every swing, i think...
What am i doing wrong
Look at my swing again. It's horrible. I don't keep my left arm straight. Study this video of Rory at least 20 times. ruclips.net/video/P3YksJdejog/видео.html
Watch his HEAD. Note that it barely moves. He stares at the ball and the tee even AFTER the club hits it. Note his left arm and how straight it is. Look at what happens with his wrists, his shoulders, his hips, etc. His upper torso rotates like you'd take a cap off a bottle. That's what generates the POWER for distance. I can tell you that the key to hitting well is to keep your head LOCKED into position and do NOT LOOK UP until AFTER the club strikes the ball. Try this and get back with the results. SWING SLOW at first until you get the muscle memory. Then gradually add more speed to the swing.
Tim I’m going to be critical. U moved ur head to quick there. Don’t look at the ball look at the spot the ball is still on. When hit the ball and follow though keep looking at that spot. Be a better shot
You're right. I did look up a half-second too soon. First time out this season. Spring comes SLOW to New Hampshire.

The answer is no. My prom days are over and reserved with sweet memories of my lovely wife. And besides, I only go to proms with someone who has two X chromosomes. 😂🤣😂🤣XX not XY
